My package went missing despite it having been reported as delivered. My interactions with both Isobel and Hannah have been civilized, polite, respectful, professional towards resolving the loss and replacing the item. I am so impressed, more so being from the US and feeling the pains of boorish behaviors lately. I can’t wait to receive my bath product and relax with fragrance and skin soothers! I will definitely return to this company who perpetuates such grace in their customer service.

I found Bath & Unwind through a google search this morning as I was urgently
looking at the weekend for a specific beauty product hard to find in the UK.
I had already searched elsewhere last week and the customer service was below par with another seller so I had to start looking again today.
I am so glad I found Bath & Unwind.
I must say the customer service is way more than 5* they were super responsive and have already upgraded delivery and shipped the items for next day delivery so that I could get them in time for my travels.
Customers are always happy to pay for excellent service and delivery options for their order!

I ordered a hair product from Bath & Unwind and was extremely impressed with their customer service who dealt with a small issue promptly and courteously and made me feel my transaction was important and I was special!. Shipping could use improvement
Everything was fine except for the shipping. There was hardly any packing material, and by the time it got to me, two of the three nozzle protectors had broken off and the body wash had oozed out into the box. Pumps all work and not a lot of product was lost, so I kept the items. Happy with the products I ordered.

My order arrived quickly. Unfortunately the product was damaged when it arrived. I emailed pictures of the item to customer services and they could not have been more helpful. The lady I spoken to arranged an immediate replacement to be sent out. This company pride themselves in their products and service. Would highly recommend.

My delivery didn't arrived and was send...
My delivery didn't arrived and was send back and I am still waiting for a refund. The customer service said, I have to wait for the delivery to arrive back before I get my refund.
Update: I finally got my refund. But it last way to long and it turned out the order was send back to the wrong address (I wrote the delivery service for tracking information)
Despite the annoying situation, customer service was always friendly and helpful.

We’ve looked into your order and can confirm that the refund was actually processed before your review was posted. It can sometimes take a few working days for the funds to appear depending on your payment provider, but you should now see this reflected.
Just to clarify our process, we do need to wait for returned items to be received back by our warehouse before issuing a refund, as this ensures everything is properly tracked and processed. In your case, the return was already in transit and we monitored it closely.
We understand how frustrating delays with delivery partners can be, especially when you’ve done everything correctly on your side. We do insure our shipments and work with carriers to resolve these situations, but we also have to follow the return confirmation process before closing the loop.
If you’re still unable to see the refund, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to check this immediately for you.
