Ich habe eine Wohnung über diese Agentur gemietet. Die Besichtigung war online, doch die Wohnungsmängel – Schimmel und ein Wasserleck – wurden mir verschwiegen. Als ich die Probleme meldete, weigerte sich die Agentur zunächst, mit dem Vermieter zu sprechen, und meinte, das sei „normal in Barcelona“. Trotz der Gesundheitsrisiken (ich habe Husten bekommen) erhielt ich keine Mietminderung und musste bis zum letzten Tag zahlen, obwohl ich früher ausziehen musste. Die Wohnung wird inzwischen wieder online vermietet. Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht und würde diese Agentur niemanden jemals empfehlen.

I was an Ex-Pat, remote, looking for an affordable three month stay in Barcelona and getting very frustrated with Air BnB, Idealista and several of the Agencies I had tried that really did not seem interested in providing what I needed. Jeremeis & OK Apartment replied quickly and effectively to my questions and so I booked. I was pretty nervous about paying so much in advance for something, sight unseen. You have to be able to trust your agent. Jeremeis sent me the video inventory of the apartment that they make at transfer. When I arrived in Barcelona, everything was exactly as seen in that video. As with any long stay, there were a few things that needed attention and they were in fact attended to promptly. We would definitely use OK Apartment again.

The prices were not updated. I reserved four homes, all of them were booked. The worst is that in the end I found one that was free. I told the responsible for the web that I needed the house a lot, and 1 min later it was 300 euros a month more expensive. Funny, isn't it?

This agency is wonderful. Jeremies was really kind and patient in helping me to find an apartment. I highly recommend him and the agency in general.

Ok Apartamentos nos ha gestionado un alquiler de una planta baja en el barrio del Guinardó en Barcelona. Estamos muy contentos porque el piso es una joya y su propietaria ha tenido mucho esmero por cuidarlo. Habe beste Erfahrungen mit der Agentur "OK Apartment Barcelona" und mit dem vermittelten Apartment gemacht. Alles war so wie beschrieben und die immer zeitgerecht erhaltenen Mails der Agentur enthielten alle nötigen Informationen und Tipps bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Organisation vor Ort klappte einwandfrei, problemlos und wie vereinbart. Es gibt hier absolut nichts zu beanstanden und ich kann "OK Apartment Barcelona" wärmstens empfehlen.

Agence professionnelle et à l'écoute. Tout est simple et bien expliqué! Possibilité de communiquer en français avec le personnel de l'agence. Très arrangeant et disponible par téléphone et possibilité d'aller dans leur agence. Ils nous ont fournis un appartement en très bon état muni de tous le nécessaire pour y vivre à court ou long terme. La qualité du ménage était présente et surtout l'agence propose tout types de prix allant du très abordable à un prix un peu plus cher pour des appartements de grandes tailles.

Stay away from this company. I had terrible experience using them. Apparently, making a reservation online with them does not have any meaning. There are two parts for a reservation and they deliberately do not make this clear on their website. What happens is when you make a reservation, they do NOT take the property off the market. Instead, they increase the price of the property from the following day hoping someone else will book it for more money.

After that, they try to come up with some reasons not to offer you the flat and proceed with the second part of their reservation process (e.g. they were talking about 3 young people living in the flat whereas it was clear that it was me and my girlfriend moving in – I sent them all passports, employement contracts, payslips, etc.). They are constantly lying and coming up with reasons not to lend you the property as they probably found someone who booked after me at the higher price. After getting in contact with them to pay the second part of the reservation, one of their staff immediately started talking about offering other accommodation to me.

I requested a refund of the initial reservation fee which I did get.

All in all, you have no guarantee even if you have made a reservation with them and booked online. On top of that, they charge you £1000 agency fee and work against your interest. You decide for yourself.

I have rented an apartment LOPE DE VEGA with OK Apartment Barcelona for a week and I can tell that their service was very easy and professional. All was prepared very well and the apartment was as they offered. I will check their offer everytime I visit that awesome city :)

We have rented an apartment with OK Apartment Barcelona during 2 months and were very happy with their service which was very professional and friendly. They did all they could to may our stay in the apartment enjoyable and we will surely repeat!

Sito efficiente e abbastanza organizzato, la ricerca dell'appartamento per interessi ed attrazioni la inserirei anche dopo che si è cercato l'appartamento disponibile per il periodo di soggiorno.

Inoltre, suggerisco la creazione di link personalizzati per invitare gli amici ad iscriversi, così da poterli condividere in rete, invece di poter invitare solo i contatti su facebook.

Le service web est efficace et simple d'utilisation. L'appartement était correct et fidèle aux photos.

We stayed in a OK Apartment in Barcelona for five days in April 2015 and would have been happier to stay even longer.

Having a private place to return to after a long day of walking the streets of Barcelona and visiting as many attractions as we could in a day was more like returning home. It was comfortable, familiar, and had all we needed to feel relaxed.

If ever we return to Barcelona - a city that deserves a repeat trip! - my partner and I will consider OK Apartment as our first option.

Provença Gaudí II. Очень удобное месторасположение, в квартире есть все необходимое и мы чувствовали себя как дома. Прекрасный, безопасный район, до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, а знаменитый Дом Мила - почти напротив наших окон! И большое спасибо людям, которые нас принимали, Elena и Marcio. Мы мечтаем вернуться в эту квартиру еще раз.
