Not sure why trustpilot is showing this has bad reviews. I ordered a step stool and it arrived on time

Avoid this company. They never respond to emails and don’t refund you when you return an item

This company is a scam - do not buy. Ordered and paid for a sleeping bag which never arrived. No response via email or phone from customer services. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a product from this company a few years ago when it was trading under a different name. The product never arrived and I had no response from customer services for months, I have still not received my refund from this company for that loss.
I have purchased another item a few months ago and the same thing happened again.. No product arrived and no refund or response from customer services. After looking up this company I realised it had changed names from the company which have scammed me before!! I'm absolutely furious they are still allowed to even trade after scamming me twice now

Great price but unfortunately wasn't suitable, no quibble return, would recommend :)

Customer service lacking!
No response to two emails.
The sleeping bag is not really fit for purpose as the poppers aren’t strong enough compared to others we have used, so my son can easily un-pop and wriggle out of the sleeping bag. Not ideal when they are designed for safe sleeping.

An email response would be nice please

We have only ever used Snoozebags from Babycurls for our daughter. They are perfect for her, she loves the patterns and how spacious they are. It’s fantastic that they do bigger sizes as my daughter still won’t sleep properly unless she has her Snoozebag. She is now in the bigger size 3-6 years and they are great with lots of room for her. The customer service is absolutely fantastic too, our bag had a fault with the stitching and they sent a new bag out as soon as possible. We are more than happy with the service provided and always recommend the Snoozebag to friends and family

I ordered a sleeping bag for my son and, my mistake, ordered the wrong size. I noticed this before opening the parcel so emailed asking to swap. Customer service insisted I write a letter (yes in late 2021 an email didn’t count), which I did. They’re now claiming the parcel didn’t arrive so can’t refund me or issue the other size. It’s not a large amount of money but it’s frustrating and it’s put me off buying from them again. I try to support small businesses where possible but this is an example where dealing with a bigger player would have been easier.

An excellent company. I had a slight problem with an item I had purchased from them and within 2 hours of my email, they had rectified it.
So impressed, I would not hesitate from ordering from them again. Such amazing service.

Read customer reviews and decided to take the chance on ordering a baby changing mat. The product took ages to arrive and when it did I was so disappointed. The image on the mat was exactly as shown in marketing but the quality was certainly not as described. The mat is thin and flimsy. Half the size of a mat found in Boots. As I’ve seen customer reviews about the difficulties of returning items and poor customer service, I have decided to keep it. However, I will not purchase from this company again. Be warned!

I was sent the wrong product, so i emailed, there customer service was amazing they responed straight away and sent me the right product out, which arrived within 2 days, i will be using babycurls again, very impressed with how well they dealt with my situation.

Babycurls website was looking too good to be true. The prices are very low. The delivery charge was for free! But I gave it a go and made a purchase. The item arrived quickly and I love it. What I got for the price is an exceptional value. I will add Babycurls to my favourite baby stores!

Ordered 2 grobags, both of which were the wrong size when I received them. They are too small for my little one so I am unable to use them. I have tried to call this company but phone constantly just rings and unable to leave a message. Tried emailing them numerous times but am still waiting their response...... I don’t hold much hope! I get that mistakes are made but a response would be nice! Waste of money and will never be ordering form this company again due to the poor customer service! If you have doubts don’t order!

Send two items back 4 weeks ago now - emailed the company (as they don’t answer the phone) to confirm they have received the item and to issue the refund and just get ignored.

Bad customer service and dodgy company

The grobag is exactly what I wanted after reading all the great reviews. The design is very cute, perfect for the baby's nursery. The delivery was really quick as well.

I could not believe the price of something that is retailed at more. I have not heard of Baby Curls,so was a bit worried. I had nothing to worry at all. I ordered the Grobag and it was dispatched quickly and got delivered really quickly. It is absolutely brillang item, just what I needed for upcoming birth. Thank you Baby Curls!

I live in Australia and ordered a couple of gro bags.......they arrived within 7 days and they are brilliant.
