I have used Bablas Jewellers quite a few times over the years to look after my watches. They make repairs for me and service/clean, liasing with Rado and myself keeping me informed when they have completed the work. The staff are friendly and efficient. My watches are well packed on return arriving safely and looking great. I can recommend them and their Wembley team and look forward to using them again. Jean Marshall.

I have had a Longines watch for decades and Bablas supplies original watchstraps. Prices have increased but they offered me a value based original alternative. Good service highly recommended.

Im so disappointed I am nearly crying. Over a hundred pound on a cuckoo clock and it arrived with the cuckoo not coming out and a random coin sized cog loose in the opening. The cog just fell out. They are emailing back and forth not taking responsibility and have asked me to remove the back of the clock myself and look at the mechanism. What? Erm...no. Im devastated by their customer service because it was a gift my Mum always wanted.

Watch was delivered quickly but arrived not working. Worked when a new battery was fitted but really should have been checked before being dispatched. Could of returned but needed it quickly

I read the online reviews and took my Cartier watch there for repair and service. It was professional and efficient and was well worth the travel to Wembley. Highly recommended.

I trust Niral implicitly and will continue to
use Bablas with my watch in memory of my Mother. The service is second to none and he is always polite.

Bought a mechanical cuckoo clock. They were very helpful with pre-purchase information. The clock was sent promptly and received on time in good condition.
I’m happy to recommend them.

Had my Tag Heuer watch repaired May 2023 as it wasn’t working. Quite expensive for a repair as it cost £251.
It had a one year warranty.
Watch bezel came off May 2025
Never had any problems with the bezel before.
When I contacted Bablas about acquiring a new bezel I was told that they had none available which is strange for a watch repair shop. No help at all
Disappointing considering how much I paid and given that I never had a problem with the bezel before.

We were delighted with the service that we received on this watch it was for a present and although it was ordered late it still arrived almost the next day. the watch itself was very good value so we were delighted on both counts

Really pleased with the watch strap I ordered, it’s meant I’ve been able to wear my watch again. It was delivered in good quality protective packaging with all the accompanying screws securely attached. It was easy for timpsons to fit it for me.

The wrong item was delivered by mistake , one Drama free phone call and Bablas had it sorted free of charge in a couple of days , extremely helpful and as I said no Drama , just an efficient fast and painless resolution . I really must in all honesty say that having dealings with this company was old school , a breath of fresh air , and would most definitely use their services again . 10/10 .

Have used Babla's for many years for my watch battery replacement and servicing. They are always efficient with a good work ethic (very good customer service) I would not trust my watch with anyone else (even though I live in Bournemouth!) The team are totally professional and trustworthy.

I sent my precious vintage watch to Babla’s for service and repair. I was kept informed throughout the process and my watch came back to me looking wonderful. I am delighted and couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great service in providing a replacement strap because the that had bern recently installed broke.

Bought a new steel mesh strap for my Omega Planet Ocean, came within the specified time but the only problem was the spring bars off my rubber strap were too thick.... called them to explain and they sent me a free set the next day 🥳🥳🥳

Ordered at 2pm.....received 11am the following day. Fantastic service! Delighted with the genuine replacement g- shock strap for my work. Purchased in grey/blue colour to refresh the original black strap. Will use Babla's again in the future...highly recommend.

Had a small problem with the service, the store were quick to respond and offer assistance, they resolved the problem and went out of their way to help. They went the extra mile.
