Autosessive 

Ordered brake discs and pads o 25th January on a 48hr delivery ,28th came about no discs got message delivery would be 1st Feb ,then another message delivery would be 3rd Feb ,so who knows when they will be delivered will never buy anything from them again or advise anyone else to buy from them ,another case of making promises until they get your money then all promises go out the window ,so do not trust this company

I bought Delphi rear discs and pads from them in Aug 2020 but they are wearing down very quickly and already have quite a deep edge lip making a right noise when braking. Only done about 5000 miles with them.
So are they Delphi?

Purchased front and rear brake discs & pads online £109.20.
What arrived was not what I ordered, so I returned them using their returns code. Almost 3 weeks later I asked about my refund. They denied knowledge of the return until I produced photographic delivery evidence from courier, when I was told my refund would take in 2-4 days. A week later still no refund, I asked again, got an apology and I was told refund has been processed today, and would take 2-4 days. Another week passed and still no refund. A customer for many years, this was the first time I returned a product. was told by Ebay they had not processed my refund.

Trust them at your own risk

Promised 4 years warranty on purchase...(battery).🤣

Customer service is appalling. Warrantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Covid 19 took many victims and so has Autosessive. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IN ANY FORM.

100% Feedback on EBay but don’t be fooled.
These guys are cowboys selling poor batteries that do not stand the test of time.
4 year warranty is not worth the paper.
Go to Halfords or equivalent, spend an extra £20 for that piece of mind.

This company is really really bad. Sold and send me completely different thing to what's shown and described on the advert.
Not only they are blaming for this knowing the fact is literally in front of them but couldn't even bother to offer an apology for misleading and lying to me.

Will never ever use their services again. Total d**** heads

They sent a weaker battery of the same make to what I ordered. I Asked for some money back but they declined. Make sure you get what you ask for or don't risk it & buy elsewhere.

Another bad experience with autosessive they send me part which was damage and the cost of returning is more then part is worth!

Ordered service parts after following link at local factors website. Found some good prices compared to other websites.No problems with purchase and items delivered earlier than expected. 👍

I purchased an Exhaust/Catalytic converter for my Chrysler crossfire 1-10-18 It was promised for the 4-10-18 turned up on the 3-10-18 ..... On arrival it didn't look the same as on the on line image....so I contacted customer services Spoke with Paul who assured me it was the correct item .... It was indeed the correct item! .... Paul gave exceptional service .... Very Knowledgeable & Professional ........ Great Price,Great Service ...A rare commodity these days !

Seemed like a great idea buying form them given that they advertised the battery I needed with a five year warranty.

Then after 20 months it completely failed and RAC could find no other fault with my car at all. Borrowed another battery and two weeks later car seat I’ll running perfectly.

Emailed This company and although they received / read my email they failed to respond at all. I chased them and gave them 36 hours to at least have the decency to acknowledge receipt of my emails.

They replied and said I had to produce a professional battery tester printout that confirms the battery. The only place near me that will do this for free is over 10 miles away.

I would be prepared to lose the time and fuel expense but the battery I borrowed is now bak with the guy who lent it to me so no car.

I spoke to Yuasa and they only warranty their batteries for 13 months I mistakingly thought by the way Autossive advertise the battery that it was a manufacturers 5 year cover.

Seeing how slow they have been at responding and also how obstructive they are at taking the item back without a professional tester printout I am loathed to pay over £10 To courier it to them on top of the fuel and time list in getting the report done.

So will be buying a new battery from another supplier and never using this company again. What they don’t realise is that I work in the industry and will be advising my colleagues to never buy from them again so they will not just lose my bysiness but many others that I know.

Customer service is a joke! 2 months trying to get a refund for a part they sent out incorrectly. Deal with this shambles at your own risk, quite literally!

Bought Jaguar replacement DPF for £635 does not work, spent weeks trying to find problem, eventually had original unit cleaned, refitted and everything worked first time. Trying to get refund on DPF but AUTOSESSIVE very unhelpful. Don't think their 'Guarantee' is worth the paper. will update if anything changes - Ebay resolution next step.Update, Ebay waste of time.

We bought the Autoglym Collection from Autosessive for £50, saving £30 compared to Halfords. The website was easy to use and communication was excellent. Our kit arrived within 2 days and was well packaged and in perfect condition. We were extremely happy with the service and will definitely buy from them again.

The exhaust I was sold by Autosessive was VERY VERY poor quality AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS. The central box baffles disintegrated within 8 months of getting it. I emailed re problem and to this day have had no response. A year on the back muffler connection to the main exhaust pipe from central box completely detached at speed on the motorway, extremely dangerous. The whole unit according the RAC technician who attended the car, was very poor quality, and he was suprised that the exhaust had even lasted a year, as it was so badly corroded on the welds. This product was £300 and turned out to be cheap low grade steel designed by the manufacturer to last the 12 month warranty and no longer. A £300 exhaust (non stainless steel) should last at least 5 years! The complete break up of the whole exhaust is utterly unacceptable and extremely dangerous. BE WARNED IF ITS AN EXHAUST SYSTEM AND ITS ONLY GOT A 12 MONTH WARRANTY, ITS CHEAP POORLY MADE JUNK AND DONT BUY IT, AND ALSO BE WARNED THAT AUTOSESSIVE HAVE NO INTEREST IN SELLING QUALITY ITEMS, AS THEY THINK A 12 MONTH WARRANTY ON AN EXHAUST IS ACCEPTABLE, AND ALSO HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE FACT THAT HAD THIS HEAVY BACK BOX HIT ANOTHER CAR, THAT A SERIOUS ACCIDENT COULD OF OCCURRED. THEIR APPROACH, WE SELL LOTS OF THESE AND YOU WERE UNLUCKY. BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DONT STOCK THESE EXHAUSTS ANY LONGER, AND HAVENT FOR THE LAST 18 MONTHS. FUNNY THAT?????!!!!!!!!

click and collect for my galaxy. Drove to Penryn branch and was greeted by nice young lady who knew what I wanted before I asked for either voodoo or she saw me drive up. Even helped me to carry my discs to the car for me WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE !!! X
