I have been buying Body By Me Apricot Kernel in capsule form and can't buy it any more from Auravita please help. The product is great.

My mother stated taking this product at the age of 80 after she was upset at finding she was unable to hold my granddaughter at birth. Her hands were like claws. For the first few months she took 6 a day. She is now 92 and her hands are normal other than a weakness from her age. I have now been diagnosed with arthritic thumb joints and have been taking 3 a day. There seems to be less pain but it is early days but after my mother's experience my hopes and expectations are high.

I didn't receive my package, and needed to place roughly 15 calls to get it dealt with. I sent multiple emails through their website and never heard back from a single one.

Abysmal customer service. I don't see how they could get a good rating from anyone.
