So, I’m still waiting for my new AL Audio sub speaker to replace the used one I didn’t order. Somehow it shows on the invoice they sent me, that it was used. Well, I stay away from used items and prefer to buy new, even if it’s a little more. They say they will ship me a new one once I pay for it, then I can send the used one back. So I need to pay an additional $1,000! Just so they can send me what I ordered the 1st time! This is BS! I don’t know where the heck they get an almost 5 star from! I’d rather ship them back their freaking used speaker, that I didn’t order and buy a new one full price somewhere else, than to do business with these not credible liars! Be very careful with this place when you order. Warning! Make sure you take a snapshot of your invoice if you decide to order from here. Disappointed customer!

Creative audio give you a personal service, I like that. They have quality audio equipment at good prices, and sometimes, outright bargains. I put in an order online, and they rang me to confirm I was getting the right thing for me. They then delivered it promptly. I’m used to ‘proper’ Hi-fi, and can say that the piece of Naim equipment I purchased is superb, with all the latest bells and whistles. All this and they’re real people too.

I recently bought a used Arcam AVR350 surround sound receiver from Audio Express (Creative Audio). It was in brilliant condition and sold with a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, after some 5 months the digital audio inputs appeared to have failed but, notwithstanding the fact that the warranty had expired, Martin of Creative Audio agreed to service the unit at a reduced charge. However, on bench testing the AVR350 showed no faults at all suggesting that, after all, the fault was with my own audio source(s). Martin very generously returned the unit without making a service charge and he included with it, again without charge, a replacement “remote” (the original remote had been damaged by my home-help). I am relating my above experiences with Creative Audio as testament to the very high (extraordinarily high, in my view) after-sales service provided by the company. Anyway, everything is back to normal now. So, and to conclude, I just wanted to say that I can, with absolute confidence, highly recommend Audio Express (Creative Audio).
