if you order double thick boxes then what you'll receive are brilliant boxes made to order. Any size so its great to create boxes that fit your goods perfectly

I placed a re-order, so expected to received the same size/quality boxes. Just unpacked and shocked that the new boxes are half as thick, not strong enough to hold the stock!!
Phoned to ask what has happened, I was told there is a link on the page explaining they have downgraded their cardboard to paper thin. Just checked, NO LINK on the re-order page.
Do not allow re-order if you are not supplying the same product. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Has been a great company to deal with but prices have doubled in a year making the re-order previous order a real gotcha.

They blamed 2 price rises and supplier cost pressures but this does not align with any of our other suppliers.

Will still use but no longer useful as a just-in-time supply solution.

Very poor quality. Apparently quality has recently gone down the drain. Flimsy postal boxes not fit for purpose. Would not use again. Explaining that the boxes may have compressed in production is not acceptable. They should certainly arrive and be sold in perfect condition otherwise the structural integrity is compromised. Just poor quality.

I am so pleased with my boxes, they are exactly what I wanted. I opted for brown single wall boxes and they are really sturdy and strong and they have four flaps on the top and bottom. Every time I spoke to customer service the lady was really friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend using this company.

1st time ordering from these guys, i have a small business selling items on amazon. I was spending a fortune on boxes and bubble wrap as the boxes were too big. I found ASC and designed a custom sized box so i now need no bubble wrap and my item fits perfectly in the outer box. Works out cheaper, will order again

Where’s the rest of my order, it’s short by 2 of the large boxes (£18!?) you’ve done this before. I have a learning disability. If you bought something from me and received less, twice, how would you feel?!?! You’re stealing from me! - make sure you check your order, this company will try it on with you!

Good quality boxes and fast service. Only negative I would say is the delivery costs are rather expensive.

I have used ASC direct for a year now for my custom sized boxes for my business and I cannot fault them. Excellent quality and never had any issues.

Really easy to use website and box maker which allowed me to get exactly what I wanted.

Prices are great and postage is very good.

Single walled boxes are really thick aswell.

My only quibble is when making the boxes the folds are not very well done on a lot of my batch, so making the boxes was a faff.

But excellent all around quickly made and despatched.

I will be shopping again.

Great company! The box builder is amazing and a great price! Easy to use and the updated website has made it even better to help with dimensions of the box builder service. The customer service team have been great and the delivery has always been on time or early. Also love their Environmental Policy!

I had really high hopes for this company, the box builder is a great tool and the prices are reasonable. That's where the good ends.

- Website is plastered with "48 hour dispatch". There was no indication at time of ordering of any delays due to the virus, anywhere on the website. While writing this, it's now been added, 2 months into the lockdown.
- 8 days pass, no dispatch, no delivery information.
- No answer on the phones
- No answer to emails requesting an update.

Order arrived after 9 days.
- Boxes are as expected.
- Final straw - No 'Free Tape' as advertised, and as printed on the invoice.

I doubt I'll be returning.

I buy bespoke boxes from ASC for my company - the product is great quality and always comes speedily. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 25 custom boxes through the ASC Direct site. The process was very easy and they quoted the lowest price of all the companies I had contacted. I placed an order and was given the estimated delivery time of 6 days. They were actually delivered 3 days later so I was very happy. The boxes were exactly as needed and I would be happy to use them again.
