Stay away from this company. They are scammers, we have paid in full, not received confirmation of our order, not received a tracking number. Endless emails, they keep telling me I have to pay, I’ve paid. Can’t get a straight answer from them. Don’t not get caught like we have.

Thought I was getting a good deal on an outside tree, until I was slapped with import charges. Don’t be fooled by the .co.uk website. Coming from Holland it also estimated no import duty payments but ended up costing another £60. Definitely not as cheap as it seems if ordering to the U.K.

I wanted a big artificial Christmas tree like we had when I was a kid, so I ordered on this website the oregon 210cm. I was surprised of the rapidity of the delivery, only a few days. And the quality is just amazing, like the one my family has for 20 years.

Delivery of tree very quick. Best White Tree have seen, plenty of tips, lovely shape, well packaged, only negative is that some of the tips are discoloured (yellowing) hope this does not happen to the rest of the tree.

Delivery was within 2 days and the tree is absolutely amazing, better than I expected and absolutely beautiful.

When it comes to choosing the perfect Christmas tree on Christmas ( We've always have a real tree) I can say I am the fussiest one, it needs to be in right height, perfect shape and its needs to look full (meaning not a lot of gap you see). I Always thought of having an Artificial Christmas Tree but none of the tree I see anywhere (online or garden centre) match the true quality of a real tree.
Trust me I have search many websites looking for a real looking and feel of a real Christmas tree, till I come across Royal Christmas Tree website, it definitely stood out of the rest.
I choose to purchased the Delaware 100% PE tips and I'm so glad I did. the quality of this tree is unbelievable and am glad I have gone for 100%PE because it really does look and fell of a real tree. The only thing that gives it away for not looking real is the stand, so I purchased a basket skirt to cover the stand and it just took it to another level again, WOW!
All in all am a very happy costumer, the deliver is super fast. and am telling you, if you reading this and thinking of getting one, don't hesitate get it to this website. You be glad you did.

Tree looks almost real and is a lovely shape arrived in 2days from the Netherlands.

I decided I wanted a new tree this year and came across this website via Google.
The whole transaction was secure and smooth and delivery was very quick.
The quality of the tree is lovely, with really thick branches and included lovely pine cones, which are very sturdy. This tree should last many years.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this company, I'm just in two minds whether I should have purchased the 6ft tree instead.

Fabulous service. Was delivered within a couple of days, well secured and wrapped. Very pleased with the quality of the tree. Only dissapointment was the plug socket which was obviously Eauropean, so had to buy an adapter.

Hi folks ordered 30 garlands a few weeks ago and was delighted with the quality just got 15 more today but 5 of them were of very poor quality and i have to use them as there ordered for Sunday and would not have time to send them back but don't feel good about selling them

I was looking for a reasonably priced high quality artificial Christmas tree. I found this website after searching across a number of companies offering trees. I found the selection and range they had to be excellent. My choice was helped by a lot of pictures and information. The tree arrived in really good time and communication from the company was good.
