I have been using Air hotels and I used to get quick support always. Surprisingly now all the products from Apptha are given for free.

You guys rock.

I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me.

Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not.

At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them!

Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

After a long discussion with the sales team about what kind of software would be best to purchase, they recommended Magento 1 for Airhotels, which I purchased. I later found out that they released a newer version, Magento 2, days before and didn't tell me. They then told me my only option for an upgrade was to purchase Magento 2, even though I had made no changes to the software I was given. I was also told that it is very easy to customize, but I asked 2 developers to take a look and neither of them could make sense of it.
There are also several bugs with Magento 1 (i.e the address of the property does not register or save, and your property is listed as a completely different location), and when I asked if they could fix this, they said I would need to purchase additional support despite the fact that the bugs were not created on my end.
In summary:
- misled by sales team and encourages to purchase something out of date
- misled about how "easy" it is to customize the software (I lost months with developers who had trouble trying to customize)
- refusal to fix bugs that came with the software because my support period was out of date (I would understand if I created the bugs, but I did not!)

I would not recommend using this company - you will fall down a rabbit whole and they will just ask you to pay more money to fix problems they created. I really wish this had worked out and I had a more positive experience, but it feels very much like a scam at this point.

Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!

NEVER BUY the Airhotels Script! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

The product is bulky, not working and full of coding errors.

All positive replies on their products are either by their own employees or bought reviews!

The initial service is good, but they deliver a VERY BAD PRODUCT!
After complaining, they mention their 10-day guarantee. This, of course, would only apply if the product is as advertised.

SCAM!!!

We used Airhotels on our project: Doozze.

Agreements and deadlines are not met, the work is sloppy and takes months to fix. The staff that was appointed to me needed to be continuously micromanaged and bugs and mistakes popped up persistently.
I would not work with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

To make matters worse: they've been using our project as a featured case study without our consent and have failed to remove it from their website after repeated requests.

Edit: Apptha has proceeded to remove our company from their website and has apologized for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused.

I love their services, I recommend Apptha to anyone who wants to do business

I have tried all the video plugins and themes for Wordpress, and now I can bet that this is the BEST option everyone should use to have videos on their website. Secondly, they have a really wonderful, capable and supportive support/technical staff. I had faced some problems with the installation and they helped me a lot with setup and configuration, really experts at troubleshooting.

I recommend this plugin to have videos on your website, also they have the best in class options. Specially great looking social share of video for Facebook and Twitter Card.

Had the chance to speak to a staff of their customer support(Linson). We may of not of gotten all of our issues resolved. Yet he's spent hours working through some of the more manageable issues he was able to work with. Wish more could of been done. Yet will try again later on once we have a full assessment of anything else that might need to be resolved. All in all. He gave it his all and that's truly appreciated.
