The Caple freezer is good quality and worth the cost it came with easy to follow fitting instructions and booklet. Would recommend overall.

Ordered a sink in August and still hasn't arrived. Several emails with no response- almost £300 out of pocket. Telephone line doesn't work either.

I purchased a Reginox sink. The price was very competitive compared to other websites; the ordering process was simple and straightforward; delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged.

Really delighted by our Perrin and Rowe tap. Was amazed by the price, although assured I would hear from a courier within 24hrs, I didn’t and had to prompt a couple of times. I wouldn’t have minded if they just said “3 working days”.

Then a few errors in communication from the delivery company as well, incorrect and inconsistent tracking updates then telling me they’d delivered the tap when they hadn’t. I was really worried at this point, searching all over the house boundaries and it was too late to ask for assistance. However I was able to get in touch with the company the next day who explained that it was a driver error.

Needless to say I got the tap 6 days after ordering which is fantastic and it’s a beautiful tap—hopefully will work ok and no issues once plumbed in!

I recently purchased a Samsung Bespoke oven from Appliance House and can honestly say the experience has been flawless from the very first message to the final delivery.

Eddie and the team were outstanding, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. When my initial unit arrived with some visible damage to the packaging, Eddie handled the situation with incredible efficiency and courtesy. Communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring throughout, and a replacement was arranged without any fuss or delay.

The level of service I received felt personal. Every message was thoughtful and proactive, never templated or dismissive. The delivery team was also courteous and helpful, making what could have been a stressful situation remarkably easy.

My partner bought one item online, which was very reasonably priced. When ordering, one of the fields to be completed was 'telephone number'. Being deaf, my partner doesn't have a telephone, so entered a fictitious one (as the field couldn't be left blank). Appliance House later sent an email implying that they needed a telephone number to be able to process the order. My partner replied, saying that it wasn't possible to make contact by telephone, so this was accepted by Appliance House and the order was fulfilled. Bearing this in mind, the 'telephone number' field should be optional, as it clearly isn't needed to fulfil an order. I would prefer not to receive tracking details of a delivery if the company that has been provided with the number then sells it and customers get inundated with cold calls, including spam.
The delivery charge was also excessive (although the total price including the goods was still reasonable) and the item was delivered the day following dispatch. There was no rush for the item, so maybe cheaper delivery options would be appreciated by some customers.

I recently bought a Franke sink from Appliance House having first checked here on Trustpilot and I'm happy to report here that their service is excellent, great prices, and free super quick delivery!

This design and quality of this sink is superb, it is an upgrade for my utility room to replace a circular sink fitted 20 years ago.
