I have never ordered from this company but I must have looked at their website. Despite clearing cache and blocking the url, I can't remove it from my internet. Every time I enter a url starting 'ame' their website crops up.

Can’t recommend this company enough I put my order in online and irfan contacted me offering a replacement for something the hadn’t got in stock. Fast forward 3 days and my delivery is at my door with no damage like other companies

Sent 2 emails and 1 phone call with no reply! Poor service!

Used to have so much stock, now they have nothing really and when you order 90% of the time it's out of stock, disappointing considering a few years ago was a great site!

I had bought three food product and there's two items I received are going to be expired soon. Therefore I emailed their customer team to arise this issue.
Unfortunately their staff name Tania has replied me we are not selling goods by the date. Apparently Tania does not care about their customer gonna eat expired goods or not.
Poor customer service without common sense, I feel sorry they did not have a staff who should have a basic knowledge. Will not order again from them.

Habe Donnerstag Morgen 6 Flaschen Snapple Lemon bestellt und Montags erhalten. Für Importware ist das sehr schnell!

Habe 2 mal dort bestellt, einmal für 95€ und beim zweiten Mal für 150€. Die Bestellungen wurden auch nach 3 Wochen nicht versendet obwohl es heißt 3 bis 5 Tage Lieferzeit. Kundenservice ist absolut niemand zu erreichen.
Habe zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt, und da über eine Beschwerde anstandslos in beiden Fällen mein Geld zurück bekommen.
Aber Finger weg von diesem Shop. Absolut unseriöser ....laden.

7 Tage hat es mit der Lieferung zwar gedauert, es kam aber alles wie bestellt. Bin zufrieden. Ware heil...trotz des Weges aus Great Britain. 👌

Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen, kommt nur eine Ansage, dass man eine Mail schreiben soll...
Habe am 25.4 bestellt und bezahlt, die Bestellung wurde nicht im Account angezeigt, aber dank Klarna konnte ich zumindest die Bestellnummer sehen. Auf Mails erstmal lange Zeit keine Reaktion, nach meinem Anruf dort bekam ich durch eine Ansage eine andere Mail... Also dort mal auf englisch geschrieben. Hier kam sogar mal eine Antwort. Aber man konnte mir nicht sagen wieso man die Bestellung nicht sieht, aber alles wäre in Bearbeitung.... (das war jetzt letzte Woche Mittwoch..... Man wollte sich bei mir melden, wenn eine Versandnummer da ist.... Bis heute, keine Reaktion und auch auf meine Mail kommt keine Antwort mehr.

Lasst die Finger davon und kauft besser von deutschen stores!

Great! My American shipment of goodies very fast. Very happy! One thing I would say though is please send your customers a confirmation email.

Never received goods... going to have to go through the hassle of a Visa charge back... just out of principle. All i wanted was my item... shocking!

Total Fraud.
Wasted 40 Euros on them. You buy stuff but they never send it to you.
Never Contacted me.

Please don't use this company, They steal your money and don't send the goods, No telephone number to contact them and they ignore all emails

Overall a good experience. 2nd time I've ordered here. The products came after just a few days (delivered to Germany) and nothing was expired. Only minus point: I didn't get a confirmation e-mail about the order and my e-mail regarding that was ignored. Nevertheless, very happy with the buying experience.

Auf Grund der vielen negativen Bewertung war ich sehr skeptisch ob meine wahre ankommt. Aber ich wurde eines besseren belehrt. Mittwoch den 10.5 bestellt und am 15.5 ist es angekommen. Also sehr zu empfehlen alles ohne Schaden angekommen und vollständig.

Also ich kann nur Gutes berichten, Nach der Bestellung kam leider keine Mail aber nach Anfrage an den Support wurden diese mir nachträglich zugeschickt (Support antwortete innerhalb von 3-5 Stunden) anschließend bekam ich meine Tracking Nummer und in 5 Tagen war das Paket bei mir, habe 7 Flaschen Gatorade bestellt und alle 7 kamen an MHD bis Ende des Jahres alles Top gerne wieder !

Immer und immer wieder wenn ich bestelle kommt die bestellung nach ca 5 wochen an. Dann aber jedoch fehlen teile meiner bestellungen. Letzte schublade. Das wars für mich.

Waited 2 weeks for my order, they ignored emails, phoned them to be told it was lost in the mail and they didn't have the items to resend my order. Don't bother, not worth the hassle.

Didn't receive confirmation email and on my order history it shown I had no orders even though I was charged. Sent two emails about this and got nothing. Had to pay for a phone call to ask about this and they said it had been dispatched, don't understand why they didn't just send me a confirmation email like any normal company!

When I received the order one item was missing and 3 out of 4 of the cans of drink I bought were completely dented. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody, I looked around and thought their range of products and prices were the best but honestly they are not worth the hassle just pay an extra few pounds for another decent company with good reviews. I now have to make a second expensive phone call to see what they are going to do about my missing and damaged items. Ridiculous!

Nachdem ich bestellt hatte, habe ich mir hier die Bewertungen durchgelesen und hatte schon wirklich Angst um meine Bestellung. Ich habe am Sonntag bestellt und Donnerstag kam es an. Nichts abgelaufen, nur die Schoki hat beim Transport bisschen gelitten... 😅 Was aber nicht die Schuld von Americansoda ist! Ich werde mit Sicherheit auch in der Zukunft nochmal bestellen.
