Excellent service from start to finish by the very knowledgeable staff, when I purchased my Crosman Rat Catcher Air Rifle and Red Dot Scope, Silencer and Pellets.

Incredibly helpful staff on hand to fix an issue I had with my order. Will buy from them again!

Sent air gun in for repair. Engineer had a few issues but managed to rectify it. They fitted a new fill valve to the end. The adapter for the new fill valve will not fit due to catching on the barrel. Why no one checked this before hand is beyond me. Total incompetence. It has now wasted 2 hrs of my day be use no one checked it.
I have now left it with them to sort out so will update as needed. So they have now refused to fix the issue as i have posted a negative review of the company. The engineer now wants to charge me £65 and put the rifle back to its original condition. But i cannot collect until the Monday. It begs the question with the rifle at the shop already, why can i not collect it until the following Monday. I can only presume to cause more damage to the rifle. I have on several occasions stated that i am giving them the opportunity to fix the issue but they are refusing to even entertain the possibility.

I have requested that no works is to be carried out on the rifle and i will pay the £85.00

The sales assistant says that the workshop deliveries only happen on Thursday and possibly Wednesdays but for some reason my rifle is now at the workshop within 3 hrs of the store opening. So if the workshop deliveries only happen on Wed and Thurs how come i can collect on Monday.

They are now not even wanting for me to pay the £85 for the rifle and put it back to the way it was

Allcocks are Amazing! The first pair of Chatham’s were too small so I called them to see if they had a bigger size in stock, they didn’t but were expecting further stock in the future, so Hannah took my details and processed the refund for the pair that didn’t fit straight away. Within 24 hours I had a call saying they had received a pair from Chatham’s. Whoop whoop!! Rare as rocking horse poop but Hannah worked her magic! She despatched them straight away. I love my Chatham’s so much and I’m 100% using Allcocks for all my future quality footwear purchases!

i have used them atleast once a month for the last 5 or 6 months and always get quick delivery and great service. The person answering the phone is always nice and courteous and really helpful, so definately recommended.

I'm really pleased to have found Allcocks as they have 10% off of all of thier oakley sunglasses, so they're cheaper than anywhere else i can find for these glasses (which are expensive but so worth it!).

The only thing i would suggest might be having 15% off some of the more expensive pairs maybe? But still, 10% off is great and makes them the best choice for oakley sunglasses in the UK!

I purchased the birchwood casey gallery self resetting target from allcocks for a friend for Christmas, unfortunately my friend had only just bought himself one a few weeks before so gave me this one back.
Instead of returning the target for my money back, I called Allcocks and told them about the situation, and the person on the other end personally recommended me one of their bargain value rifles for me to start with.
Now I’m practically using my rifle every day because it’s got to be the most fun I’ve ever had in my life! I really appreciate the help Allcocks gave me so will definitely be a returning customer when I want to upgrade my rifle.
