Great company, brace didn't fit

Quick delivery, but the brace did not fit. I was pretty disappointed. I'm a ladies size 9, I ordered the medium and the brace offered no support because it was too large.

Trustworthy.

Trustworthy company. Excellent product. Both my kids play basketball and this is the only product I'll have them use on their ankle.

Great service

Fast on time delivery & excellent product that I would recommend..bad ankle sprain and back on the tennis courts 1.5wks after with this brace.

EXCELLENT SEVICE & FRIENDLINESS

I live in Vancouver, Canada and have dealt with ACHILLES MEDICAL since 2010 for ASO brand braces that my husband needs for his ankles. The staff at Achilles are friendly, knowledgable and their service is second to none. Their prices are very good and their delivery services excellent.

The last two times I have called them I have dealt with Bob and he is a pleasant man with a great sense of humour, he always has a joke for me and it is like dealing with a family member.

I would definitely recommend Achilles Medical for any product that you need and they carry.

Easy and quick

I was turned onto Achilles Medical after watching a youtube video about which ankle brace to purchase for my daughter. I tried looking for the brace on Amazon, but it wasn't clear which was which and took too much searching and ultimately, time. The AM site was easy to navigate, I knew what I was ordering and it came so quickly in the mail. So quickly in fact, she is not out of her aircast yet to be able to wear the ankle brace. Thanks for making this process easy and quick!

Super Service

I ordered an ankle brace from Achilles Medical and their turnaround to ship was unbelievable. By the time I printed my confirmation, the product was being shipped. The delivery was even one day ahead of promise.
