Does not look like pictures at all! "Embroidered" art is straight up just a lie haha. I was super looking forward to my embroidered dog shirt and was disappointed to see a blurry looking image faintly on a fabric made out of cheap material. It would be different if it came and i just did not like it, but pictures they posted online are genuinely not what you will get

They lie about the size or material of the clothes, rags they sent are unwearable, customer service is inconsiderate. Fraudulent shop, avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Never bought from them and can’t unsubscribe from the emails which I believe is against the law. I have signed in and unticked and I’m still getting them. My account still shows them ticked even though I’m unticking and updating.

Never subscribed to their email nor do I have an account and the amount of emails they send are spamming my email account . Unsubscribe just diverts you to the website. Ridiculous!

What a terrible company to deal with - please avoid at all cost.
Product quality is low and ay returns have to be sent back to China... so be warned!

As others have experienced, relentless spam with the unsubscribe and contact us link both failing. Hardly fills me with the confidence to risk an order.

Awful at email spam. Once they have your email address you're stuck. if you click on unsubscribe, nothing happens and they continue to send multiple mails a day. Please don't think you can unsubscribe, you can't. Just look at all the other comments complaining about the same thing. How not to win customers.

Avoid.
They operate illegally. GDPR laws are violated daily.

If you give this Company your email address, you will get bombarded with their email Junk. It’s relentless!!!!!!!
You cannot stop it, their “Unsubscribe” service doesn’t actually exist.
They are more concerned with their Marketing machine than the wishes of their Customers!!!

There are some great on-line retailers out there, who operate with integrity and put their customers first. This definitely isn’t one of them, so.... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

I've had good experiences with this company. However you should not buy items such as underwear, make-up and smaller items without checking their prices with other sites.

What on earth has happened to Achica? I became a member a few years ago but I haven't ordered anything for a while. I decided to have a browse tonight but the website is a mess!! When i clicked on a link I was transferred to the Brand Alley sign up? I decided to log in with he same log in as my Achica account but it wouldn't accept it? I then tried to register but when i put my e mail in it said that they already had that Account e mail on the system?? However now i have read the reviews on here i am so glad that I wasn't able to place an order! Shame as i used to really like the website.

Have unsubscribed and still receiving Messages - really angry. It appears they just ignore this. Will never buy anything from this site.

I spent more than £8000 at Achica. I would like to returned only 3 items eight months ago and they sent someone to collect them. I took a photo of the parcel. However, by contacting them for more than 4 times, still no reply! No refund!
Shame on Achica.

Such a shame.

I used to order from Achica all the time and never had any problems with orders from around £80 to £200 (had to make the delivery charge worth it!). I had seen that they'd merged with BrandAlley and thought that was a great move. Obviously not! This morning I googled Achica with the intention of going on to order some candles (they always had candles going!), but my eye caught TrustPilot and the low star rating. I am horrified to see all the dreadful feedback, and definitely dont want to be in that boat myself. So much reputational damage! And I am annoyed because my Saturday morning candle mooch has been ruined.

So Achica/BrandAlley, in the interests of saving myself any disappointment, I definitely wont be buying anything from you until I see these TrustPilot reviews hit minimum 4-stars.

Until your reputation improves, say goodbye to my repeat business. And off course, I have to warn my friends.

One of the worst companies out there .... absolutely terrible, not really sure why I decided to give them a second chance after they messed up my first order & I didn't receive one of the items ( Although at no point was I informed of any problems, stock shortages etc etc ) Even at the end no explanation, which to be honest is very annoying when the items ordered were matching & part of the same range ! Although we did get a refund eventually. I left it another year before giving them another chance, this time the Armchair I ordered was listed & described as Leather. Yes, the same shaped armchair arrived, however in a chenille fabric ( Which I would never have chose ) I had a screen shot of the original description & complained ... they were rude & abrupt, AND she denied that they ever sold the armchair in that choice !! Even though I had evidence. They were useless to put it politely, absolutely disgusted with them & I'm still stuck with the same armchair ! Never ever again & the sooner they bugger off the better ! To think that Wayne Hemmingway originally upped this company .... shame on you, for a pathetic brand & service ( if you can call it that ) ?

Such a shame .... I stopped using achica a couple of years ago when they let me down on a guaranteed Christmas order leaving me no time to make alternative purchases. Have been trying to unsubscribe from their emails pretty much ever since. What happened achica??!

Attempted to unsubscribe from their emails 3 times and yet they still send me emails. There's a reason it goes into my junk folder. It's all junk!

Absolutely useless company that spams constantly and doesn't unsubscribe when requested. Either they are using a 3rd party to email or they are simply incompetent. Either way, it's not good.
