Efficient and responsive

Absolutely excellent. I ordered a little ceramic pot, which arrived super quickly. Unfortunately one handle had broken (I think more protective packaging would have been wise), so I fired off a quick e-mail. Within 48 hours a replacement was with me, without any fuss or hassle. Really impressive, I was surprised and thrilled when I opened the package and saw my pot. Thankyou 4yourkitchen, it made my day.

Excellent

My cooking spoons arrived really quickly and were reasonably priced with a great array of colours. Email correspondence was quick and efficient - very well done.

Excellent sales service was provided.

The items in stock information that was given on the web site was not accurate, however the communication provided afterwards, by telephone and email, to determine which items I wanted to order was excellent. Delivery was very prompt too.

Great products and website, and delivery was super fast. Very happy with the service.

One suggested improvement to the website - the user needs to be able to press 'back' & return to the previous page without items being lost from the basket. You aren't alone - lots of website suffer from this, but it is a minor irritation to online customers. Excellent company & service though, and we will definitely be back.

First class service

Ordered 2 round Zeal 20cm silicone cake tins, together with a loaf tin and an insulated butter dish. Just love the Zeal products. Anyway, they all came really well wrapped and really quickly at bargain prices compared with other suppliers, can't praise them or their service enough

Easy to use website - speedy delivery

The website was very easy to use and had a great range of items.

Even though I ordered the week before Christmas, my order was dispatched the next day.

Item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Great, quick and easy to use.

Very happy with the ordering and delivery of the item I purchased. Despite ordering around christmas the order was processed and I recieved the goods very quickly. (Within a couple of days).
