Tradeworks 

Made a purchase for a number of items from trade-works.co.uk (correct site despite what a reviewer says below as the phone number in the image matches what is listed on the website) that totalled £37.

A few days later I received an email stating my order was cancelled with no explanation.

A number of emails later over multiple days and still no explanation or more importantly refund

Bunch of jokers ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. Received 1 week later after 6 x phone calls promises refund postage never got that either. Dont trade with incompetent arrogant non caring business

DON'T BUY From this company. I brought brand new SEALED iPad and when the wife opened it on Christmas Day it was more than obvious that it was second hand with finger prints all over the screen and had been re skrink wrapped and sent back out. And it's a nightmare to send back and get a refund.

Bought a La Crosse Technology XG 55 watch from Amazon marketplace who placed it via Europa depot.Cost £100 and now 2 years later has stopped working completely. Amazon marketplace customer service are completely rude,useless and cannot get a response from Europa depot.It's disgraceful that Amazon deal with a company such as Europa depot they should be ashamed of themselves.Do not touch Europa depot with a barge pole

this company is an utter disgrace, bought three NEW iphones in May last year. They have since all failed due to faults. Took them to local Apple store who confirmed that they were out of warranty and refurbed !! This company is an out and out fraud, who false advertise their shoddy substandard goods as new. AVOID at all cost as my business is now £1100 out of pocket!!

Avoid this company. They sold me a 'New Boxed Ipad' in December 2017 with a one year warranty. This was a joke. Having reported a battery fault in November I was fobbed off for the next 6 weeks until finally being told my warranty had run out!! Forced to take the IPad for repair, the repairer informed me that the iPad had been refurbished. It was NOT new. Do not use this company (or Europa-depot who seem to be the same company). It was too late for EBay or PayPal to help. I believe they are a scam company who do not care about their customers.

Fraudsters I bought a iphon 6. Europa depot sold it as brand new. There were a few faults with the phone. I took it to apple store to see if it needed resetting. To my disgust, I had been scammed. Apple told me that the phone is not new because a company registered the phone with them 3 years earlier and advised me it was refurbished. I sent them a letter from apple confirming this and they ignored it. I lost £315.00.😡

Bought an iPad on eBay - new, sealed but when tried to put it back to factory settings it had an authentication lock on it - it was out of warranty so they wouldn't do anything about. Apple wouldn't do anything. And there doesn't seem to be a way to complain to eBay

I bought a iphon 6 it, it supposed to be brand new. Thumb recognition did not work and some parts did not respond to touch. I took phone to Apple. They told me that the phone has been refurbished as some of the parts were not apples. And they confirmed that It was also registered with a company 3 years before I bought it. Because I found out after 6 months Ebay, the bank and Paypal have said they can not help me. The phone has totally died and I lost £315.00.

Scam don't buy from this company. I returned faulty phone as requested for the reimbursement and now they refuse to send it back to me and demand £85 for repair. AVOID.

REFUNDED WITH PAYPAL - Open a case with them.

Purchased the phone in August, thought it was new but looking at the small print after discovered it was refurbished however, the motherboard was faulty, confirmed by Apple (a common fault with refurbished).
They do not want to know, no surprises there. The problem is it’s too late to give bad feedback to warn other potential buyers...how are these crooks stil trading?!

I can only agree with previous comments. This is a corrupt company. They say they selkl new phones but they are provbably damaged and refurbished. They sop called sealed package is some Chines cheap copy. Don't but anything from this company

Like many other reviewers I was taken in by their literally thousands of positive reviews on eBay. Ignore them. They sell faulty goods as new. In my case an iPhone 7. After I had two faulty ones they refused to refund me. PayPal stepped in and saved the day but I had to return the second phone to Malaysia at my own cost. £50 with insurance. Please take heed. I've contacted eBay with a view to having them banned.

I'm sorry that we didn't read these reviews before we purchased a "new" Samsung galaxy 6 last Dec. Screen stopped working in Jan so I contacted Tradeworks and PayPal to open a dispute. I was instructed to return the phone which I did and despite having proof that the phone was received the company held everything up until my 90 days were up before coming back to say that the phone was never received. I've spent months chasing this up and had many offers of a replacement phone from staff members but surprise surprise.... I'm still waiting!!!!!
SCAM ARTISTS..... DON'T GO NEAR THEM....

I bought a IPhone 6s Plus for my wife I packed up after 6 months contacted tradeworks or europa as they advertise themselves on eBay said I wanted an iPhone 7splus brand new was assured that the phone was new
I had to pay an extra £250 on top of the £399 I paid for the iPhone 6 well the phone packed up this week took it to a little man I know who told me the phone was not new but refurbished and the screen was not genuine and the battery had blown
I have been scammed had no reply back from these scammers
Please don’t buy anything from them

I dont want to give any stars. All I can say is everything everyone has said bad about this company is 100% true.

Basically scam artists and trading standards have been informed.

Brought an ipad which after 6 months stopped working, the manufactures warranty as promised is a lie and doesn't exist and you do not answer any messages

I bough Samsung galaxy S8 from Europa-Depot on ebay. Described as brand new phone and arrived promptly in new packaging. After 6 weeks, phone overheated and ceased to work. I took it to Samsung shop to be repaired under warranty to find evidence that this was not a genuine Samsung phone and therefore not covered under warranty.
I contacted seller through ebay who offered a replacement, however I wanted a full refund so began a dispute through paypal . Seller refunded cost in full after return of broken phone.
This seller is selling non genuine phones and should be avoided. The product is cheap for reason.
