THe delivery was excellent, these people seem to know what they are talking about , however, the customer service is rather poor.
If, like most of us, you don't fully understand the technology behind the products you may find what you order is unsuitable. Don't even think about trying to send it back, these people just don't want to know and use B2B excuses as to why you cannot return a product. Quite disgraceful really. We offered to pay the shipping that they had paid to get the item to us plus return it at our cost but no joy. Not a very pleasant experience.

TheBestComms is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) seller so the Distance Selling Regulations in the Sale of Goods Act do not apply. This is standard practice for such B2B sales, a fact that many purchasers only find out after they have received the goods. We aim to make this clear to our customers before purchase and the buyer is required to confirm that they are a business on the checkout page.
Our returns policy states that in very unlikely event that delivered goods are damaged, dead on arrival or if they do not match the items purchased, we strive to offer our customers the best possible service and can offer advanced replacement in most cases. In order to provide the widest range of items, we operate a very efficient supply chain. The benefits of this means we can offer a very prompt delivery, the downside however is that we are currently unable to accept items returned simply due to buyer remorse.
TheBestcomms currently only sells new out of the box stock, and has no facilities to sell open box or B grade returned items, so unfortunately this meant that as the item wasn’t faulty and could therefore not been returned to the manufacturer we were unable to take the unwanted item back.
We are happy to provide advice about any of the items we sell, so we would always recommend customers call or email us prior to purchase if unsure.

Just got yourselves a new committed customer
Had a look around the internet and spoke to plenty of different suppliers but these lot just seemed happy to go above a beyond. Excellent customer service (define wow factor) and very knowledgeable so I'll keep coming back to buy from them any day of the week...
Also, quick delivery which was crucial for me, especially being that I work in a fast pace and always changing environment.

Quick and easy - no problems
What can I say, I saw, very attractive price, I clicked and I ordered and received my phone within a few days.
The only minor issue was that the address label didn't have my name printed on it, so I didn't realise the package was for me as it was delivered at work.

we purchased 6 headsets in total to be sent to 3 different locations and they were all delivered the next day even thou the last order wasn't submitted until just before 3pm the deadline for next day delivery.
Communication with the company was all done via email and response was very quick headsets were very good quality, would certainly recommend them.

Used the free standard delivery service and got it on day 3. All items in good conditions and no problems. Usual auto confirmations on order received, despatched etc.

Good service, we got a refund in time, equipment arrived ok
We had order a number of USB phones and they arrived in time the following day. They refunded us the delivery costs on a larger order immediately after.

We purchased these Polycom headsets to work with Lync and they work a treat. Very pleased and very economical as handsets go.

Excellent value and service
The website was very clear and helpful. When we did have a question it was great to be able to phone up and talk to a real person in the UK.
We placed and our order the goods arrived very promptly as indicated.

Challenging but good
Well, TheBestComms served me, though my first transaction/purchase was frustrating. There was an issue of being stock when trying to create an account for my first purchase, which after it when through, I didn't get my order. I placed a call through and I was told there was an issue with my payment on there system, of multiply order. An apology was made and I was told it will be delivered in, I think 2hrs thereabout, and it was in time. After checking the package, PSU was missing which I placed a call to TheBestcomms again. They apologised and give a time of delivery which was also in time. With this challenges as a new customer, I still recommend TheBestComms for purchase.
