They didn't say this from the beginning, if they said it, I wouldn't have called them, because I specified that I no longer know any details from that phone, they wanted to look at the cameras, I waited, when I I went to ask if she had much left, she was very rude, looking at me angrily, she said that she had as much as she had and that I would have to wait, I told her that it was not necessary to be so rude and she replied that it will be as she wants. very racist, very rude and very unprofessional. We bought a Samsung s8 and we were asked to pay in cash, we thought nothing off it. Get home and the phone is locked but was sold to us as unlocked, we called and we’re told that they don’t test the phones before selling or check them ! Which their suppose to on their agreement which they didn’t even have us sign. How can you sell a phone as unlocked if its locked ! Payed for £210 for a phone that’s been sold to us misleadingly. Disgusting.

Hatten Lumia 950 bestellt, sollte Geschenk werden. Die Überraschung ist geglückt: Gleich beim Auspacken kleine Macke am Displayrand bemerkt, dennoch Akku eingesetzt und über Nacht geladen, Ladesymbol leuchtete kurz auf, dann nichts mehr, Startversuch nach dem "Laden" erfolglos, Fazit: Gerät defekt. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten! aber, und das muss man diesem Händler zugutehalten, Geld wurde anstandslos zurücküberwiesen.
Zusammenfassend: Ganze Transaktion war unnötig, hat mich extrem geärgert und schon wieder was gelernt: Hier nie wieder!

Schneller Versand wie Angebot. Handy war defekt (kein Verschulden des shops). Rückversand Freitag, 4 Tage später war neues Handy da. Besser kann Service nicht sein. Ich kann den Shop nur weiter empfehlen.

Nicht nur die Bestellung lief völlig reibungslos und die Lieferung sehr schnell, auch die Rückabwicklung klappte tadellos und sofort.
Während manche Shops gerade bei der Rücksendung den Kunden im Regen stehen lassen, geht das bei Tech Mobile ohne Probleme und wirklich sehr schnell. Man wird über jeden Schritt per eMail informiert. So sieht Top-Service am Kunden aus, ich kann daher diesen Shop bestens empfehlen.

Nach schnellen und freundlichen email Kontakt, konnte mein XperiaX10 zwar nicht in der farbe Weiss geliefert werden, obwohl der Online Status auf "Lager" stand.
Jetzt hab ichs in der Farbe Schwarz zum guten Preis bekommen!

Sehr günstiger Preis,Bearbeitung wird auch Sonntags durchgeführt und sehr schnelle Lieferung gegenüber anderen Shops.
Weiter so.

Schneller Versand, aber leider war die Speicherkarte defekt. Da der Betrag nichgt sehr hoch war, habe ich diese Karte auch nicht zurückgesendet. Porto, Umschläger etc. sind ja höher als die Ware.
