Je suis du Canada et je voyage souvent à Londres. J'achète mon thé chez Tea Palace depuis qu'ils sont en affaires, puisque c'est le meilleur. Cependant, en novembre dernier, j'ai passé une commande qui a été livrée au mauvais endroit. J'ai essayé de les contacter et j'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels et je n'ai reçu AUCUNE réponse à ce jour. Nous sommes au début juin. Cela me déçoit beaucoup, d'autant plus que le taux de change CAD-GBP est assez élevé. J'ai donc perdu mon argent et perdu ma confiance en leur entreprise.

On the 20th of january I have placed and paid an order from Italy.
On the 20th of february I have sent the 7th reminder without reply because I did not receive nor the goods or a refund !!!

Fantastic selection of the highest quality teas I have ever had, and ive had a lot! No issues with delivery it was prompt and packaged well. Will be ordering all my tea from them now and into the future. I have rediscovered the world of tea!

Disappointing customer service, as in lack of. I was looking for a company to order regular supplies of organic spearmint tea. Tried Tea Palace and ordered the Spearmint tea tin with my order. Unfortunately when it arrived the writing on the back of the tin was partially missing in places. Did not look like a new tin. Filled in their online contact form. No response after a week so emailed attaching a picture. That was ten days ago and still no reply. Have ordered my next batch from a different company. Wish I had seen the mixed reviews on here first.

I just wanted to update my review since the order was partially sent and we received (some of) the products after 13 days.

Still there is an item pending and no one has replied to my email and facebook message.

I am happy with the products and with the fact that the company still 'runs'.

Order still hadn't arrived after one month. When I emailed the firm to query the delay I did not receive a response. In the end I had to create a transaction dispute with Paypal to get my money back.

Only 2 of 3 items from order #22828 paid for were delivered. Weeks of emails and phone calls but no one has bothered to follow up. Very poor customer service. Maybe not too late to follow up this order ?

I ordered a large amount of tea from them which they then split shipped, the second shipment of which containing most of my items never arrived even though it was shown as delivered. I wrote to their customer service twice and never heard back.
Very unprofessional practice. I wasted so much money on them.

The Tea Palace Chai is my favourite tea - I drink it every day. Ordering it online is always easy and the Tea Palace people are friendly and efficient.

Great service, lovely product. Had a substitute item as something was out of stock, but was called and discussed. Will definitely use them again.

The best Earl Grey tea on the market! I probably have over 30 different kinds of Earl Grey teas at home.

As a regular customer for years, I am really disappointed for their customer service lately. I have not yet received my purchase which was ordered in November 2021. Attempted to trace my order through email and social media multiple times but in vain.

It used to be nice, but there are so many tea companies these days and my favourite oolong tea is not available anymore.

but I need to emphasize I didn't have any problems with this company. all shipping were good.
