First i never got a confirmation email and then after when i write to them about it, i get told that there aren't any records of me buying the shoes. Although my account has been charged the fee. And when i try to find out with them, they ignore my e-mails. I don't think i'll ever see those shoes. Fraud!

Purchased trousers that did not fit, so tried to return immediately. Email addresses that you have to use to return goods do not work, so returns process flawed. Took goods to the premises in person. Place was total s**t hole (google street it). said would refund me. Shook hands. Had letter saying would not refund me a month later! Cannot even put an order in via email to get goods to the value of the £45 he owes me. If i had known what sort of set-up this was I would never have used them. Going to talk to trading standards. Needs shutting down.

After a dreadful experience I rang kostreet again to chase my refund for incorrectly supplied trousers. On this occasion I spoke with Maria who checked and confirmed they had not yet received my return package. However I had attached a photo of my receipt and proof of postage in an email and Maria put through an immediate refund to my Paypal account whilst we were on the 'phone. She was very nice to speak with and sorry to hear of my experience, so it seems the two people I spoke with previously are not truly representative of the company. If you have any problems I suggest you ask for Maria and I think you will find your concerns are properly addressed without any quibbles.

When it came time to contact these guys informing them of my faulty product (shoes) no one responded to any of my four emails. So disappointed, out of pocket and left with an unwearable product. You guys are the epitome of lame shameful service. Equivalent to thievery. In karma I trust.

My order was delivered the next day & I had at least 2 text messages keeping me updated on delivery status. Highly recommended.

I cannot award this company any stars. Over three months ago I returned an item for exchange and STILL have not received my replacement. No money has been credited to my account and I have not had any communication advising there is a problem replacing. This company are disgraceful, No one replies to emails and no one answers the telephone, Shocking customer service!!! I should have known the customer service was going to be bad as the young girl i arranging the return didnt seem to know the address and had to put me on the phone to someone else who was barking orders in the background.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying this company to steer clear and save yourself alot of hassle!!!!
