Bit dissatisfied with the car mats I ordered for a 2026 Ford Tourneo. Paid £260!!

They don't even fit in a neat tidy and snug fitting.

The side pieces are lose and easily come apart.

Front mats fit perfectly but in the cabin at the back theres definitely a design flaw.

There not fit for purpose as two of the seats have wires connected to the floor. There no whole so the mats is sitting above a wire socket definitely not a neat fit.

£260 I feel done over to say the least.

3 weeks delivery only to receive half the mats for the car, on top of this the 'premium' mats are poor quality with over cut in areas, unfinished and threading edges. Additionally, the smell of the rubber is insanely strong, so much so we've had to hang then outside, they've been there for a week and I can still smell them from the top of the garden - I can't put them in the car. I've raised the issues with them, they refuse to refund despite sending photos - avoid at all cost.

Odourless products are not odourless. Products not worth the money.

Absolutely dreadful product, I’ll fitting and and not fit for purpose, mat slips about and makes it quite dangerous as this could effect the control of the vehicle, asked for refund and told they don’t do refunds. All they offered was to send out Velcro straps. Product itself was of very very poor quality and a total waste of my hard earned money.

Good quality and great looking boot liner. Fits perfectly and does the job.

Positive points are, the mats are gorgeous. I chose Grey with Orange trim to match my interior and exterior and they look stunning.

Negative points are, the initial order email states I'd receive an email when the item was dispatched, but I didn't receive any emails for either order.

It was about 9 working days between the initial order and receiving the items, a dispatch email would have been nice, as by the time the second week rolls around you do start to wonder if everything is ok.

From the word go this company could not have been more helpful. Good communication answered my query very quickly delivered the mats within agreed time scale. They were very well finished fitted perfectly and the quality of them waz excellent.would highly recommend them.

Bought odourless rubber mats and boot liner for a new Range Rover Sport . Very fairly priced and great quality. Rubber is quite thick and mats fit perfectly.

Ordered two sets of the odourless rubber mats- not great quality. Thin rubber top. Much lighter in weight than the 5mm rubber ones I had. They use Evri - not great communication.
