All'improvviso sito giù, server irraggiungibile e nessuna informazione ricevuta... solo dopo ore compare, semi nascosto, un messaggio sulla loro pagina Facebook per spiegare che hanno dovuto staccare la corrente alla stanza in cui sono alloggiati numerosi server e che stanno lavorando a risolvere il problema... ingiustificabili nel merito e nei modi!

presumo che le recensioni con più di una stella, visto che nessuna stella non si può dare, non sono veritiere.
Azienda cliente da 15 anni danni causati nell'ultimo mese. hanno formattato e spento un server pagato con codici dati e servizi attivi , non hanno inviato nessuna scusa ma solo il rimborso della somma pagata. Danno causato nemmeno voglio scriverlo, abbiamo aperto un contenzioso.
Ultimo accaduto ci hanno mandato una mail che devono dismettere un IP dove ci sta una nostra macchina, invece di collegare la macchina ad un altro IP ci hanno dato un avviso di 10 giorni per prenderci i dati perchè provvederanno a formattarla N. B. anche questa macchina ha dati e codici attivi da 13 anni. Danno calcolato almeno 2 giorni lavorativi , salvo imprevisti, da trovare in 10 giorni con le scadenze in arrivo.
negli ultimi 3 anni sono diventati veramente PESSIMI

I don't understand how a vps company does not allow to update the systems to the latest version of the operating system Ubuntu, Centos and Debian... this is very unfortunate

The baddest host...

I bought a server by mistake, and my email got hacked 20 days after. After they could't take any moneys from my bank account, because i was closing the card after the hack attack, they sent me 4 bills more and now sending me to inkasso and now i have to pay 168€ for seriously nothing. Never use server4you, they are stolen your moneys..

The support staff (Ivanka Topalova) keeps sending me a copy/paste of a nmap ping to my VPS which they say it's online when it's obviously offline.
I've several other VPS with hetzner, ovh and many other providers. but only on SERVER4YOU the VPS hangs after rebooting and the "support" keeps sending the nmap nonsense copy/paste without even trying to solve the issue.
KEEP AWAY from this kind of support, it deserves -1 stars.

I tried to install virtualmin control panel, something I normally do on every server. I didn't try to setup a "bridge" as you stated.
This reply confirms the mediocre level of support server4you provides, just because my username is "b...router" it doesn't mean the error is related to a vpn, router or whatever you decided to called it, something I didn't do.
You VPS's don't reboot after installing virtualmin control panel on CentOS 7 and this is a reality, so, why don't you try to solve the problem instead giving this nonsense replies?

I currently operate 6 Coffee Lake servers with S4Y and am about to get my 7th and just cannot thank them enough for the amazing experience I've had.

Being able to contact a member of their sales team directly or just use their on-site ticket system is so humane. Usually, with these Dedicated Server providers you get your classic automated message support but at S4Y it's all natural.

Absolutely 5 stars. I searched for a dedicated server to host our Minecraft Server. It exists since 2013 and since I became the new owner last year and hosted all the stuff there already have been low TPS.

Then I decided to test server4you. Fair prices, Plesk inclusive all time ,many Gigs of ram and a well working cpu. We dont have hardware-side TPS drops until now. So there the customer gets what he pays for.

5 stars for their support! Most other VPS providers treat you as an anonymous cash-cow, but server4you really aims to help.

Only found out about them a few days ago but I'm already planning to move my VPS's to them.

I was in need for a good, fast and dedicated server in US some years ago for a video conversion website and streaming portal and after a long search I found server4you.net to meet all my needs.
