J achète une combi étanche scubapro définition.Des les premières plongées la zip est très dure et mon binôme doit m aider pour la fermer. Soit,petit rodage sans doute.
Mais de plus en plus fréquemment je sors mouillé( pas top pour une étanche)
Après une vingtaine de plongées,mes 5 dernières plongées sont raccourcies par mes sous vêtements trempés.
Je décide de la rentrer en garantie.
Déjà au mois de juille,scubapro en congé,donc envoyée mi août.
Retour ce 11 septembre.
Après 8 tests,il n ont rien trouvé d anormal.
J ai 4000 plongées,et on me prend pour un ...

J’ai envoyé mes 2 ordi Aladin pro en révision.
Le revendeur m’a annoncé 50€ par ordi.
Au moment de la récupération le montant était passé à120€. Soit disant scubapro ne lui a pas demandé son avis !
Moi je veux bien le croire, mais un truc est sur : personne ne m’a demandé si j’étais ok pour une révision à ce prix. Je ne conteste pas qu’il y avait des choses à faire sur les ordinateurs, c’est juste la méthode qui m’indigne!

From my experience as an advanced diver with the Hydros Pro BCD, Framless Gorilla Mask, Seawing Nova Fins and regulator, it is better than everything else I have used. I have had the XDeep BCD, Mares fins and mask and an APEX regulator. Scubapro works great with very high quality. I use a Garmin MK3I and have never used their computers so I can't speak to the electronics. I did buy the red and black boat jacket and returned it because the quality was poor. It was some kind of fake leather/pleather. But where it counts, Regulators, Mask, FIns and BCD, they are by far the best. It looks great as well. I have 2 BARE and 2 Scubapro wetsuits and they both are good. I dive Southern Cal, tropical and Alaska so all has been tested in extreme.

J achete le nouveau Luna2.0 en mai et je l équipe de sa sonde début août et 2 semaines plus tard sur une plongée à 9m de profondeur il se met en défaut. Retour à la boutique ou je l ai acheté vers le 25 août, en espérant naïvement un changement direct de l ordi sachant que je pars 2 semaines après à Malte pour plonger, non renvoi chez scubapro. Nous sommes le 1er novembre et toujours pas de retour, mon vendeur me dit que scubapro est incapable de me le remplacer pour le moment. C est une honte pour un ordi et une sonde à plus de 700e.

Bought this thinking it would be amazing, top of the line. Boy was I mistaken. Looses air integration underwater, alarms are so quiet you can’t hear them, if the battery dies you have to send it in to have it reset. So many problems. Hard to see. I am going to sell mine as I had to go buy a better dive computer. I would avoid this HUd at all costs. Total waste of money.

Scubapro definitely has the worse costumer relationship and support.
I am living in turkey and 2 years ago I asked scubapro themselves to recommend someone, they did, the guy didn't even know if he had to put lubricant to my regulator or not, even though he was freshly out of the scubapro classroom. I also contact Emre, the king of scubapro in turkey and he is 100% unresponsive.
I complaint to scubapro international and they play the martyr game and sorta made me feel bad for complaining.
2024, I contact scubapro in turkey and they still have the same idiot who did terrible service. I wrote scubapro international and they recommended me to send my gear to france.
I have 2 sets of the top line, mk20 and mk25 with top 2nd. Stages as well. Just to send them back and forth will cost me 400 euros, on top of that the cost for servicing plus kits was quoted for 410 euros, with 810 euros I can purchase top of the line from another brand and have peace of mind.
Scubapro definitely not a good company to buy product unless you live in the US or Germany or France where you can have proper service, but in turkey, any other middle eastern country or southeast Asia, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I want and demand scubapro to respond for this, specially because is not a new case and they should keep up monitoring their authorized service centers for good compliance

I purchased a Scuba Pro Gallileo computer from a Scuba Pro authorised retailer Pro Dive , in Hong Kong whilst on a visit , two weeks ago.
First time I went to put it on the wrist strap disintegrated in to about 6 bits. Simply fell apart.
Scuba Pro aquired Uwatec a Swiss company that made the Alladin Pro , one of the original , toughest , break proof , and most reliable dive computer's ever made.
I purcahsed the Gallileo unit as an extreemly expereince dive master ( I have a couple of thousand dives myself) I was diving with on a charter in the Banda Sea swore by the Gallileo and as my experience was great with the Alladin that I was still using ( which Scuba Pro do a useless job servicing these days as its to old) I brought one .
My fault for not doing enough research, which I have now done . Potential customers should be aware that the Gallielo is not made in Switzerland anymore. No it's Indonesian these days. Straight off thats a potential problem. I used to be a manufacturer in China , 5 factories with over 10,000 staff, so yeah QC can be an issue, and we were not making equiment that your customers life depends on.
Turns out that the strap, presumably Indonesian made , is a well known problem to Scuba Pro .
One reviewer writing that he had replace the strap 5 times on his unit.
Great surprise to be told today that Scuba Pro are not honourung the warranty , and the unit sold by their "authorised" retailer is 8 years old .
Any way no way anyone should be buying Scuba Pro equipment if you ask me . Particularly if you are betting you life on it.
Great shame that they have taken a wonderful piece of kit like the Uwatec Alladin , dumbed it down, made it in Asia and wrecked the reputation of the brand.

Not only new BCD broke, but they didn't accept the warranty and barely even replying on emails. Disgrace of a bad quality and pricey company. I will avoid buying any products in the future, and would warn you to do the same.

Tout simplement honteux, un ordinateur black mantis ( environ 400 euro) impossible à réparer car un support de pile à 10cts n'est pas pris en considération pour les réparations.
Mon ordi fonctionnait parfaitement bien.
Je serais ravi de parler du service aprés vente à mes élèves.

Scubapro is a terrible company to deal with! There customer service is hostile and unresponsive.
My husband purchased a $200. Wetsuit for me based on their size chart. I didn’t try it on til spring, which was when I first attempted to wear it at our local lake. The xs size was so small that I was unable to pull it onto my legs.
Even though the suit had its tags, never worn, and the color and style continues to be sold, Scubapro was unwilling to exchange the suit for a different size. Please be aware of their anti-customer practices and don’t purchase anything from this company!

For the price,I can say that the dive watches were okay as they've exceeded my expectations.

I'm an instructor and the brand of equipment I favor is ScubaPro for it's excellent manufacture .... design... easy access to repairs if needed. And the fact that many dive shops in Canada and the USA carry this line ..
I'd give it 10 stars if I could.. 😊😊

È possibile che nel sito non si trovi la mail e che il tracking sia fermo ai primi gg dalla spedizione sino a quando era ancora in Spagna? E poi sparisce tutto, niente tracking e niente contatti, solo affidamento alla buona sorte e alla loro onesta’. Io diffido molto dei venditori che non mettono i contatti (nel loro sito i contatti sono solo faq) e che una volta ottenuto numero di carta di credito e soldi, preferiscono evitare scocciature di persone che li contatta. Ovviamente la mail da cui mandano il tracking (inutile!) è una no-replay. Ora spero solo che il pacco mi arrivi velocemente e integro e che, in caso di necessità di reso, non siano latitanti come per contatti e tracking.

Their dive watchs are not made to last. Mine failed after minimal use and being treated well! would never buy from them again

Gimmicky, overpriced recreational diving gear with an emphasis on glitzy regulators that are an absolute nightmare to service. Pair that with indifferent support from the parent company, (Johnson Wax) and you have a complete waste of your hard-earned cash. There are far better equipment options out there if you intend to become a serious diver. And no, their so-called X Tek “technical diving” line of gear is not embraced by the technical diving community. Do your homework and don’t believe the hype from the instructor-salesman at the dive shop.

Nova Scotia Semi Dry is the worst quality semi-dry I have ever had. The neck seal tore the first time I tried it on and Scuba Pro insisted it was my fault. Every time I pulled it over my head it caused another tear. My husband has the same suit and had the same problems. Initially the seals were good enough to stop water entering but After a year and a half the seams started separating and the leaks are so big that the water is shushing in and out so fast that it is not getting time to heat up, the middle membrane has separated and the suit is held by the outer and inner layers which are very weak and porous. It is worse than a wetsuit because its not holding the water.
Its such a pity that you are going down the route of poor quality in your products.

Gear is overpriced, you pay for the name representing the quality of years past. A real PITA while traveling because nothing is easily interchangeable with other industry standards because of proprietary doodads and connections.
