I've used REELIGHT RL770 on my three bikes for 10+ years without a single issue. Recently, I lost a generator cover and reached out to their support. Despite being 2,600 km away, they solved my problem in under 24 hours! Huge thanks to Reelight for their incredible customer loyalty after a decade. Not just a great product, but a great story. Long live Reelight!

It's an ecological system that doesn't need any attention, because there is no need to recharge or plug anything. The magnets attachment system broke after 20 years of service. Even after that time, I can find parts without any problem.

Even though warrenty expired, they offered a replacement part, I only had to pay postage. Excellent service.

After 10 months, one Nova dynamo stops functioning. The Reelight support answered supper fast and send me a replacement part. All the system is back to normal work and fulfill my needs.

Love these lights and the customer service was great

Even though I bought my CIO+ lights while on vacation in Denmark, the receipt of course long thrown away, only being able to prove the purchase through direct debit, Reelight promptly offered to send me a replacement free of charge, naturally covering the shipping costs. Although the seller in DK would have been responsible.
Thus, not only can we give full marks for the great products, we must also explicitly praise their very friendly, fast, and uncomplicated customer service!
If only the world were this friendly and uncomplicated every so often, we'd all be better off. Thank you so much - Reelight!

Jeg købte deres NOVA og CIO+ lygter.
Jeg fandt ud af at jeg havde købt den forkerte version af Nova lygterne, jeg skulle have en bagage monteret og ikke en saddel monteret lygte. Da jeg skrev til dem og spurgte om de kunne hjælpe, svarede de at de bare ville sende den lygte jeg ville have, så længe jeg dækkede fragten, fantastisk service, jeg køber ikke lygter andre steder igen

Reelight er nu i gang med den tredie version af et svar på min anmeldelse. De tidligere er borte.
Indtil d. 27. feb kl. 12:07 lå der på Trustpilot et svar fra Reelight, der opfordrede mig til at tage kontakt med Reelight, hvor der udtrykkes: "Så vi kan finde en løsning". Det havde jeg allerede gjort, uden at vi fandt en løsning.
Dette svar blev siden erstattet af et svar, i hvilket jeg blev hængt ud som kværulant. Stadig d. 27. foreligger et nyt og tredje svar, hvor min rolle som påstået kværulant er mere tilsløret. I samme svar fremgår det at Reelight roder rundt i en anmeldelse af deres produkt på deres hjemmeside og i en reklamation. Den eksterne webshop har slet ikke på nuværende tidspunkt behandlet min reklamation, hvorfor sidste afsnit i svaret er det rene vås.
Det er tydeligt, at Reelight ikke magter at håndtere en negativ anmeldelse af deres produkt, og at de tidligt begyndte at gå efter manden og ikke efter bolden, ligesom Reelight forsøger, at fjerne fokus fra sagens kerne, nemlig at deres produkt er af ringe kvalitet.

Great Product. I do not need any batterie or dynamo. It works perfect.

Great product and service. Ordered about 2 years ago and due to personal reasons never got to install the second set of lights. The generator was broken, and so I contacted Reelight. After some pictures they promptly sent me a new one, and even a new front light because I had my doubts about the previous one - all for free.

Modtog en baglygte SL621 med defekt spændebånd så den ikke kunne monteres. Endnu en fra forhandleren havde samme problem. Henvendte mig til Reelight, og dagen efter havde jeg nye spændebånd som virkede som de skulle.

Great product, and great customer service !
I recently bought a RL700 pack, and although i got unlucky (rear light was just dead, and as I later found out, front light was also malfunctioning), customer service has been amazing. After contacting them and a bit of explaining, they sent me a new set, and I'm happy to report everything is now working perfectly ! Reelight design good products that I would happily recommend for their ease of use and serious customer service

Even after years after a purchase reelight offered replacements parts at a fair price and even better also some more needed parts free at extra costs (besides shipping).
I am very happy with their customer service! This is definitely something other companies could or should use as blueprint.

Henrik helped me with a replacement for a front light, that was broken off. Even though the system is not produced/offered any more, he went out of his way to still find the single lamp, so I wouldn’t have to invest in a new system, both saving costs and helping the environment. He had given me a discount code and insisted on me applying it, after I had not seen where to apply it. He even cancelled my order for me to apply the code when reordering. Wow — what dedication! I’ve used Reelight for at least 10 years with various systems on a number of bikes: THANK YOU for your great service! Udo from Austria
