When i first made my order, I had the padded bag sent to me within 3 days. I have now sent my phone off and i have been waiting 7 weeks for my cheque.
This company is nothing but a scam!!

Dear Shane Mosen, We have no idea why you have left this message with us, you have a padded bag sent at your resquest, if it took 3 days that is no problem, it can sometimes take longer, this is down to the postal service, I can't see why you have complaint here, secondly you certainly did not wait 7 weeks for your payment, you only placed your order on our site less than a month ago and we sent your cheque two weeks ago. If you have not received the cheque we sincerely do apologies for this and we can re-issue another, we send 100's of cheques out each month and some do go missing in the post. MPRO are a trustworthy company run by good trustworthy and respectable people. Your review is "over exaggerated" and upsets us deeply and we hope people out there can see through your poor review.
A really trustworthy solution
MPRO was fast and trustworthy. I enjoyed giving them my old cell phone!

Simply The Best Recycling Company.
MPRO has the best prices when it comes to recycling phones, they have never contacted me saying we are going to give you less for your phone, like other recycling companies do, they give you the amount they promise on their site and as being one of their customers, I would recommend their site to anyone.
The only slowdown is giving the payment it takes a bit of time, (max 2 weeks) but if that was speeded up a bit more it would be nice to see.
Other than that MPRO is the site I have recycled all my phones too and will keep doing in the future.

Posted phone for 4.15 collection on Wednesday, got e-mail Thursday to say it had been received and received cheque in the post 9.40 on Friday!

Sorry about the slow payment, we know the companies you mention pay a fast payment, but they are also some of the lowest paying recyclers online, You have to weigh up what you want, a lower amount faster or a higher amount but wait slightly longer? We know our payment process needs improvement and we are working on this, so one day not only will we pay the most we will also pay in a faster time also!
Pretty good, payment made and no quibbles but a little slow

Paid the most online and in good time
I had seen adverts on TV for various recycling companies and checked them out, they looked alright but were paying very low prices for the phones I had to recycle, so I checked around other recycling companies online and found that MPRO paid the most money, so I sent my old phones to them, the payment came through to my Paypal account within a week or so and had no problems. I recommend MPRO and would use them again.

We can only apologise if you found the experience not to your satisfaction. We know we are not the fastest at processing payment and can take longer than our competition but we pay more money than them and that has to be a good thing. We are learning from feedback like this and will be doing things to improve the payment process so we pay much quicker than our normal average of 7-10 days.

Sorry for delay, we sent payment on day 10 and must have taken a few days to get to you. Sometimes it takes longer when we get larger batches come in, I know we were very busy that month.

Honest and Trustworthy.
I had an old phone that was just hanging around, I didn't know what to do with it. It was suggested to me that I send it to recycle my mobile, which I did, truthfully, not really expecting to hear anything further. I was therefore very surprised and pleased to get a cheque in the post. Thankyou for upholding my faith in people.

Took ages
I tried to recycle my phone with this company, and it took nearly a month for the phone to come back. In addition, when I emailed them to see what was happening, they failed to reply many times.

Dissapointed with the serive
you reduced my order by £4.50. you said the phone i sent you was damaged. The 3 phones I sent you I purchased new. they were new phones and not faulty. You said to return this phone to me would cost me more money. you emailed me this information. So I was left with no other alternative but to accept your offer.

We only reduced the order amount as a phone was faulty and it stipulates this in our terms and conditions which you agreed to bide by. We do charge to return a phone, but only charge to recover our costs. We are sorry that this has caused you disapointment, but at the end of the day we are the ones buying the phones from you and we only get to see them when they arrive here.
Its good service and a good deal.
Fast payment - everything was perfect.

Excellent recycler, I would highly recommend them
We regularly trade in used mobiles to MPRO and they offer good prices and a quick turn around, I recommend them highly.
