We bought two remote control cars from this company at the end of May for our boys birthdays. We bought the RCG racing18 series one which isn’t cheap. We have been with the boys when they have used the cars. They have used them about 5 times for 30 mins and one of them has stopped working properly. My son has not done anything wrong with how he has used it. We contacted the company and they have said that the issue with the front wheel not working properly does not come under their warranty and they will not give us a replacement or money back.
I would not recommend this company after the car stopped working so soon after little use and the after care side of things being so poor.

Absolutely terrible experience. i ordered an RC car for my little boy and it was sent with a faulty controller. they did send me a replacement one quite quickly which would have been nice, but it was also faulty. i then asked for a returns code to get my money back and was ignored for 3 weeks. i only got a reply after i got my bank involved. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I bought this last year its not worth 100 pounds its flimsy and a slight win blows it away. The tail total snapped off. Tbh it never flown.

My dad got me the wind speed car it is really fast I took it to a skate park and it could go up all the ramps even up this giant 7 foot one it could probably go up a 12 foot ramp but there was none that big it could go through grass in ease the car shell was break able the front cracked so we tape it and the top was loose only because I send it flying off this big hill it has a long lasting battery 🔋 and the car was only £90 really cheap priced for what it is unlike the traxxas cars which like £1599 the car also handles really well and turns really it took me a few days to get used to it I recommend this car to beginners and professionals I got the brushless one which is the best one I really love my RC car so get it from an a 11 year old boy.

my grandson's car broke down due to a robust crash, and it was fixed perfectly, with many thanks to Jennifer over a complicated correspondence due to a botched delivery at their end in returning the car to them.

Helicopter is for our 8yo daughter and it’s brilliant! She lives it, it’s easy for a gong child to operate and it’s hilariously good fun.

Ordering process was fast and efficient with good email updates as to order confirmation, dispatch and delivery. Order arrived within the estimated delivery quoted so very pleased. I Was totally impressed with the Syma S109H 3.5 Channel Apache Helicopter for the price, it's small but looks fab, charging takes about an hour with about 10 mins flight time, I charged it from my pocket power bank so can take it anywhere for indoor flight. Once charged, I was surprised how easy to fly and how stable it was had some great fun definitely impressed with the whole experience.

Ok so I've ordered the rcg 10 series its supposed to be a 1/10 scale but its not even close to a 1/10 scale, its more like a 1/16th scale, i compared it to my other two 1/10s and it would easily fit inside them, so just be mindful this car come very small

Excellent range and speedy delivery! I bought an RC fighter jet for my dad's birthday and I was firstly impressed with how quickly it arrived and secondly with the great quality product. There was minimal assembly required and this thing can take some crash landings without a scratch! Great experience and I would definitely purchase from RC Geeks again.
