ordered on 4 January 2023 - not received and no contact
ordered on 4 January 2023, supposed to be 48 hour delivery. Still not received as at 14/1/2023. no response to my email. Tried the link in email to get access to the account and go round and round that the order ID is in wrong format or the captcha is not recognised. Impossible

Reporting them to my bank as I believe they're a scam now. Hopefully I can get them to do a clawback!!!

terrible service, I have been waiting weeks for the product to arrive, had to chase it up a few days ago, no response or communication, but I have just noticed they have cancelled my order, but no refund, no communication etc still.. don't wast your time.
