Ich habe meine Bestellung am 4.März aufgegeben. Angegeben war eine Lieferdauer von 14Tagen. Jetzt ist der 22.Juni und ich habe noch immer nichts erhalten. Sehr schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen. Da liefern die von Aliexpress sogar schneller.

After chasing them for more than 2 months on facebook instagram and email, I finally received the products today!!!!! I still don’t believe it its been terrible even tho I love the quality of the product I wont take the risk with this company no more!! So guys I advise you to chase them like is no tomorrow

Terrible experience.
Shipping method I chose was 7 to 14 days with tracking. 2 weeks after placing the order they still did not ship it per the tracking. When writing to them they said it was sent and it could take up to a month.
A month past, I wrote to them again and they now say it can take up to 90 days!! - all while the tracking still says it wasn't shipped. They offered me some cheap discount but I had to purchase above a certain amount. Didn't even cross my mind to try order anything on their site again.
I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do that because the item is out of their hand. Behold, 2 days later the tracking said it was now shipped.
I placed the order on March 24th and I received it today May 13th 2020.
That was my experience. Very poor service and basically lying that the item was shipped during all this time. Once it was shipped it did take less than 14 days to arrive.

Still haven’t been emailed back when my item will arrive . If not I’m making a claim with paypal and getting my money back

This is a fraud site, and I have filed a police report agains them.

I have paid for my products, aswell as express delivery. Which was supposed to be faster 2-6 days instead of 7-10 days. After 8 days, Im told that I have to pay 12 usd more because they had miss calculated the shipping.

Now it has been more than 2 weeks. They have said that they will refund the money back to me in 1 MONTH. which I dont believe. If it was ever gonna come, it would not take 1 month.

this is the worst experience i have every had.. they took my money and then informed me that the item was out of stock and they would give me a store credit. over 2 months i said i do not want a store credit .. give me my money back.. they refused to return my money and at this point basically stole the money.. they are crooks and this is a scam

I prezzi sono molto competitivi. Si trovano articoli tecnicamente soddisfacenti. Qualche ritardo nelle consegne se vengono inviati con posta ordinaria, questo è comprensibile e giustificabile.
Gli ordini sono stati tutti rispettati fino ad oggi.

Billigt, med urusel kvalite. De långa leveranstiderna måste vara ett skämt?
Ett företag som kommer självdö i Sverige i samband med de nya tullreglerna. RIP.

Pathetic website. I never received the product from 6 months and I have been raising tickets every couple of weeks and every time they ask me to wait 1-2 months ! Fake website having no intention of resolving the issue.

Ordered iPhone accessories at least three times. All items arrived as described. The only drawback was the time it took to arrive. Understandable given this is an overseas shipment but still the only drawback.

Très bonne communication avec le site qui est reactif. J'ai eu des commandes qui ne sont jamais arrivées mais le site les a renvoyées et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Livraison un peu longue. On ne comprends pas toujours la raison pour laquelle vous retrouvez le même atricle à un prix different ??? A part ça, je recommande. +++++++

Udover ekstra told og moms på varen, og lang leveringstid, begynder der at dukke pakker op fra dem, med efterkrav om told og moms på henved 500 kr, pr pakke. Og det er pakker der ikke er bestilt, så dine oplysninger bliver udnyttet !!!!

Ho acquistato più volte in questo sito e devo dire che non sono mai rimasta delusa!

Recentemente per le vacanze di Natale un piccolo pacco che aspettavo è andato perso, e loro dopo aver effettuato delle verifiche mi hanno subito accreditato l'intero importo!

L'assistenza si può contattare in modo molto semplice anche tramite app, è possibile segnalare se il pacco non arriva o al contrario è già stato consegnato. Offrono un'assicurazione ad un prezzo irrisorio in caso di spese doganali.

La consegna standard ha una tempistica di circa 30 giorni assolutamente gratuita ma superando un determinato importo, regalano la consegna espresso! Ho ricevuto il mio pacco in meno di 3 giorni (in Svizzera) !

Gli articoli sono sempre veritieri alla descrizione e perfettamente funzionanti!

Consiglio a chiunque l'acquisto per un esperienza piacevole e per un vero risparmio!

Colis reçu avec un petit retard dû à la période de fin d'année, mais reçu dans de bonnes conditions. Le + : livraison gratuite. Le - : RAS
Un bravo pour le dialogue constructif en cas d'erreur dans la commande. Tout s'arrange au mieux, l'équipe de Mininthebox réagit très vite et très bien.
Je recommande ce site pour vos commandes !
