We use Meetupcall on a weekly basis to connect us with 200+ of our colleagues across 6 different time zones and never found a provider that's been this good before.

I used your system yesterday for the first time and the support from your process and the offer of a demonstration was excellent.

I didn't really need any help and the call process was fine and easy to follow. However, one of the members asked for the call when the meeting starts and it didn't happen, any pointers please, he said he had added his telephone number?

As above the meetupcall experience was great, this time and every other time I've used the service.

Basically it's simple to use and it works.

V.happy with meetup call coming from a previous provider that was more expensive but were embarrassing to use when calls would crackle and break up. Nothing worse than asking a potential client to keep repeating themselves due to a bad line.

Have regular calls with 20+ people and the quality is perfect every time. Really like the additional features of meetupcall such as call recording and how me and call guests are automatically called and patched through without the need to remember phone numbers, pins or anything else.

This works great for the UK or mainstream international numbers.
If you regularly need a service for other international numbers (e.g. Latvia, Russia etc) then don't bother as sometime your participants simply won't be able to dial in to your meeting and MeetUpCall don't seem to ping their services so you'll have to report the problem to them after it occurs rather than them notifying you in advance of your meeting. Which comes across as pretty unprofessional...

I'm 30 minutes overdue my lunch break and the MD bursts into my office in a panic asking the question, "Who is out conference call providers?". Well, up until last month, when he asked this question, we didn't even have a teleconf. provider!

Being late for my lunch (starving!) and the MD needing a sales conference call setting up urgently while a client waits the stress for me was mounting. Thankfully however, the first conference call service provider I come across via a Google search (Meetupcall) was easy to set up and understand how to get everyone to join the call.

Due to the complete lack of effort required on my behalf to set a conference call up and having no complaints from my MD after the call, we've been more than happy to stay with Meetupcall.com and their great service.

This was a great service to have and continued to use. It makes it so easy to teleconference and even records the calls so I can listen to them later. I love that you can have up to 200 people on the call. I will definitely be using again.
