Order bed and mattress about 2 months ago. Got delivery after a month. Could not assembled it because of manufacturing fault, could not use bedroom for that long then they did send faulty part which is damaged as well and of different colour. They did offer me to replace the part. I cannot decide now, wife is not happy with me to order from this place. I just give up. Cannot trust them anymore.

Ordered a high quality orthopaedic mattress and divan base (there divan base seems to be bog standard budget even tho paid £850 in total) drawers fell apart and had to nail back together, very flimsy. Only sent half of feet for bed so dispatched another set out which came very quick to their credit. Delivery drivers /men were unbelievably rude and refused to bring my mattress up standard staircase due to turn at top and bottom despite paying for the delivered to room of your choice option. Was refunded for delivery but still had to haul the mattress up stairs on my own. Overall disappointed, great mattress, nice headboard, rubbish divan, rubbish delivery cost me £850 for a £400 mattress

Had to check these reviews were for the same company?!?! Bought a super king devan inc topper for less than £1000. Delivery was free and fast (10 days). Website is easy to use and you can contact them on the website too. I would recommend

Shocking customer service!!
I ordered a quilt for next day delivery, 7 days later nothing received I called, texted and tried to chat (not answered),eventually waited on the phone for 45 minutes to say it was lost in transit and no more in stock!!
Really need to get their act together awaiting a refund!!!!

Had a mattress delivered. Went to wrong address. Neighbour found it in their step - called us and we went and collected it. It had been dragged from the van and left on their step. Ripped and damaged packaging and mattress. Called customer services. They don’t appear to be the actual company but a third party. They eventually said it would be replaced and someone would be in touch about delivery of new snd collection of damaged. This week the same - neighbour found it on their step. No prior call. Exactly the same problem. Mattress dragged from van and left damaged. We now have two damaged mattresses in our hall. Utterly hopeless service. I would say never buy from them ever!!

I ordered a snuggle beds Elwood Antiques 4’6” double bed frame from this company via Amazon. To be honest I was very annoyed by the firm, because I felt mislead about how it would fit a standard double bed mattress and baring this in mind would not allow Free return. However I will try to give balanced review.
Why was I annoyed:
The bed was approximately 4 - 5cm too wide for a standard mattress. The firm did give me the dimensions of the bed, but there was no indication that the mattress compartmentment was so wide. I believed I was buying a standard double bed frame. At the time I did not realise that I needed to look at the bed dimensions to estimate the mattress fitting. The firm subsiqiqently told me that the extra width was to tuck in blankets!
The good:
The bed received was both of good quality, with good instructions and at a very reasonable price. Delivery was fast.
The less good:
I initially started dealing directly with the company directly to ask for a return. Although customer service was very polite, they stuck to their terms and conditions rigidly. My matress arrived over two weeks after my bed. This was after a direct sale from the company would allow returns. The company refused to my request for return. However as I had used Amazon for purchase, I had 30 days to return the bed, so going via Amazon I was able to pay for return and collection.
Returns details are not easy to find. They are buried in the terms and conditions (a good place to hide them).
The mixed:
The company accept returns. Not all sites will do this. The return is organised by the company and very efficient. The sting in the tail is they charge, no matter what the circumstances are. In my case £30.
Would I use this company again:
Possibly yes, the quality and price was good. However I would contact them first to check the product met my needs. In view of the short 14 days returns policy, I would order via a third party company, that had negotiated a better returns duration.

Got my mattress within days paid for my old one to b taken away and a 2 man Van they emailed me the night before and took away hold mattress and putnnew one on the bed so thank you if I had a to improve things you couid offer a essbly service take down the old bed and assemble the new one for disabled customers or people who can't help themselves insure your get more customers and it would be of great help

Be very Cautious When Ordering a Mattress, From My Mattress.. I’ve Been Waiting 3 Weeks For A Delivery Date!!! My Mattress Don't Care For The Customer They Ignore Emails, From You & Wowcher.. I Don’t Want A Refund,I Just Want The Goods That I’ve Paid For & My Delivery Charge Taken Off...

Got my half hour before delivery call. Very polite. On arrival. Both men were very kind. They carried it up. Off loaded it. And took packaging away. Leaving all instructions on the bed. Thanks very much guys

It was easy to use the website and I selected a 2 Drawer Double Divan Base with a Kara Cushion Top Mattress. I received a confirmation email from mattress.co.uk saying I would be contacted by their chosen delivery company Panther Logistics who phoned me after a few days and gave me a delivery date a week ahead.

The delivery by Panther was fantastic - they gave tracking information, phoned just before they arrived, delivered the bed to the room of my choice, built it and removed the packaging.

The bed itself is very comfortable so I am very happy with my purchase. So long as you are not in a great rush this is a great place to buy a bed.

Good customer service. Products delivered on time. But need to improve delivery time-frame.

1. Mattress went back from delivery depot to mattressonline. One voicemail left by delivery company and rest calls from private number. They decided to send the mattress back.
2 matress online have not been in touch at all to process my refund.
3. Called twice now and the most ridiculous customer service ever. Called now saying they can't do anything until Monday. It's been two months already.
4. Called two weeks ago. Told refund would be processed immediately- no refund given.
5. Really poor and shoddy service all round. I would not recommend to use them at all.
6. Been told to wait till Monday. I want my money back in full and nothing deducted for a non existent admin service and delivery.

Mattress.co.uk went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my order. Their communication from order to delivery was excellent. My bed is perfect! I cannot recommend them enough!

From the minute I placed the order, I was informed about every step, i.e. mattress production, booking the delivery date, informing the time slot and final delivery. The time slot was texted to me on the day before the delivery. On the delivery day, the carrier/driver phoned me to let me know when they are likely to arrive. They also helped me to unpack the mattress and placed it on the bed. All process is well informed and managed. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The Silentnight mattress is good quality. Thank you for the good product and services.

My wife and I now enjoy longe, deeper, and wonderfully longer sleeps since we acquired a new Mattress from Mattress.co.uk.
Our original mattress was a good one, but over the years, it had deteriorated in it's support capability, so the decision to buy a new one was made quickly.
Since we buy quite a number of goods online, usually via Paypal, which is quite safe to use in our opinion, we decided to do an online search for our replacement.
We found Mattress.co.uk, and we were impressed with the website, and after careful deliberation, we chose the one we wanted.
Our order was processed very quickly, and we were very pleased with the communications that followed our order placement.
After supplying the company with a suitable delivery time and date, it was just a question of waiting for the delivery day to arrive.
The evening prior to delivery, we received a phone call from the Courier who was making our delivery, letting us know, he would be arriving at our door at an approximate time the following morning.
The time duly arrived, and within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the vehicle drew up outside our door.
Two men carried our new mattress into our home, and even took upstairs into the bedroom where it was to be used.
They removed the protective coverings, and an inspection of the mattress showed it to be in perfect condition.
We thanked them for their excellent delivery service, and proceeded to place our new mattress onto our bed.
A job exceedingly well done from Order to delivery.

Happy with the price I paid which was approx 20% cheaper than retail outlets close to me.

Whilst delivery was very early (7 am!!!) it was prompt which allowed me to plan my day and get on.

Happy enough this end!
