I registered with 1 email and they started contacting me on another email address - BILLING email.
I explicitly told them to NEVER CONTACT ME ON BILLING ADDRESS and asked them to CONTACT ME ON EMAIL ADDRESS I REGISTERED WITH, but apparently that is not clear enough. Basically I started getting spam on an email that was previously completely clean for about 8 years....
I'll just say that there's 1 platform that allows players to trade, which defeats all of these Chinese scammers in every category.

customer service is very unfriendly they sound like they are so annoyed by asking a few questions.

Bought 1000 mil today, $2.5, I checked stock before buy to make sure, received after 5 mins, perfect :)
I will buy again, but with small amount only, I'm still scared

At the time, this was the best place to purchase Mesos. MapleStoryer had unbeatable rates, were very friendly, and efficient at what they did. Sell Mesos. I figured I'd sell my account to them. That was 3 years ago.

Fast forward, and the account--to my knowledge--still hasn't sold. I haven't been contacted by anyone despite the amount of times I contact MapleStoryer via email, Skype, or their LiveChat services. I have only been ignored, and all chats on their end have been terminated. The account is unrecoverable.

Because of this, I do not recommend MapleStoryer. From what I've read, it seems to have become a shady business--very far from their humble beginnings. After shelling out hundreds of dollars and a Lv. 200 Aran account, I thought they'd have the decency to not steal from loyal--and former--customers.

My experience with them happened like this.

So, I ordered some mesos for MapleStory. Went into their live chat to ask them about when they will give me my mesos. I was then told that they were out of stock even though I was still able to purchase it. The funny thing is, my money went through when I paid for it. Telling your customers your product is out of stock when it's still available to buy is false advertisement and against the law as they have not given me the product I wanted but have still taken my money.

...Jokes on them, I paid with PayPal.

I bought mesos few times from this website, It did work and I got my mesos, but when I sold mesos to them, I sold them a high amount of 15B Mesos in Broa in order to get 10B mesos in Bera, they gave me only 1B telling me "they're out of stock" and after begging for them one month, I got only 4B. At the end the worth of what they gave me was about 45$ and I gave them about 140$. That's a scam.

Who using this website to buy mesos, whats out, for been hacking for cards or even paypal, they asking for personal information such as bday, driver license...,some information cant tell anyone when used buy for online,.. And when you dont let them knew, they will NOT send item, or money's BACK even you cancel directly from your account.... warnning.... What's out guys... THEY ARE NOT WORTH EVEN FOR 1 STAR, HOPE I CAN GIVE NEGATIVES, THAT'S FIT FOR THEM.

I sold an account to them and they never gave me my money then I asked to get the account back and they all ignored me or didn't have permission. Don't buy anything from them.

They promise a lot but do nearly nothing...
I bought something over paypal, but they did not deliver. So i wrote them per mail, skype and chat. But nobody answered or had no permission to do so.
After i opened a paypal conflict they asked me to close it, without getting money or the bought products...
Now i try to get back my money back over paypal, i hope i will be successfull..

My advice to you, DONT BUY THERE!!

I started buying from them two years ago,they were great they were on time,but for some the last time I brought from them they told me they ran out of mesos and that I need to add her on skype so when they have it they will let me know,months later I never got my mesos and they deleted my account I chatted with them on their website chat, they told me that I have no account with them and there is nothing they can do.

Best prices ive seen for mesos in a long time, planning on buying more today, quick responses and quick work, i love you guys <3 :)

Maplestoryer is a great company when it comes to buying gold for online games.
