So, I was very nervous to order anything from Mac Palace after looking at all the reviews but they were the only ones that had the G5 2.7 liquid cooling processors that I wanted. I seen they take PayPal so figured I can get my money back if it's not as expected. I have placed my order for the Dual G5 2.7ghz LC processors and after waiting a few days, I was email a UPS tracking number. I was a little nervous as the weight showed it as 44lbs and these processor modules should weight less than 10lbs. I was excited when I seen it delivered. I open the huge box (excellent packaging too) and not only did they send me the processor module that I wanted, they sent it inside an entire G5 computer, along with a logic board, RAM, hard drive and case. It's also fully working !! Very please with Mac Palace and would definitely purchase from them again. A ++ in my book! Thank you Mac Palace!!

The shipping took forever (3-4 weeks) .. However, i received my package today, and my Macbook Air works just fine now!! I saved a lot of dollars thanks to Mac palace. :)

Paid $127 for a product that never showed up. Haven't heard from them in over two months.

I was very apprehensive to order from MacPalace, because of some of the reviews here, and the more or less older website that they sport. But after today, I’m definitely going to give them more business. I ordered a display yesterday, which was cheaper than even buying a display from China (which I actually thought I was doing my shopping here) But instead, the item arrived in a single day… I got to call my customer and tell him that the order had not only been confirmed (I was unsure if the order would actually go through) but that the item had now arrived, and his repair was done in a single day - for a MacBook display that is usually pretty hard for me to get my hands on.) I only had one experience, so maybe not all orders go as smooth as mine, and I never usually write reviews. I was just completely blown away by the shipping time and the price of $277 for a mid 2012/ early 2013 lcd +clamshell assembly.

Recived wrong part. Was not even close to the one i ordered. No replys on email. This site really sucks. Stay away!

These guys sent me the wrong size part, broken parts and made me pay to have it shipped back and I’m preying I get a refund, I’m out almost a thousand dollars and I don’t even have a computer anymore.

I ordered a logic board for a 2011 17 inch macbook pro. It was thrown in a box with a couple pieces of bubble wrap. The box was much bigger than the logic board and it was just tossed around. When it arrived the heat sink was bent so bad I had to take it off. Very poor packaging for any electronic item.

No tracking information, even when requested. Sent email requesting that order be cancelled. Next thing you know, the order arrives, for a now unneeded part!

Everything I tried to order was out of stock or incorrectly priced, and they never got around to fixing it online. Tried to chat with the online service rep but they stopped answering.

I have an early 2009 mac pro that has a busted logic board or chip board. Ordered the logic board from macpalace because they had good prices and have a lot of items in stock. Item showed up as advertised and seems to work -- no complaints! Unfortunately, as I found out, it's seems that it is the chip board that was bad, not the backplane board, likely due to a missing heat sink anchor causing something to overheat. I'll keep the board though since a computer of this vintage will only get more difficult to get parts for (I like having a pretty fast mac with a top of the line video card for playing the newest games, which you can't do with the trash can macs). I just ordered the chip board from them as well, we'll se how it goes.

Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this store. I have purchased macbooks, made upgrades to my mac book pro, and the service has always been spot on. The prices for the upgrades and computers are even better. Cannot recommend this local shop more.

My experience was better than some of the others have shared here. The video card went out on my Mac Pro. I checked around and found macpalace. I called, and they had the card in stock. Without giving them a name or even telling them that I'd come in to buy it, I showed up about an hour later. They had set the part aside for me and remembered my phone call. They asked if I would like it in a box for protection, too. Price was exactly as quoted. I installed the video card and so far it has been working perfectly.

When you see the product it says it is Hp ink. When I was using there online chat pop up to speak with someone he explained it is not in fact OEM. The photo and product listing has it branded HP. It isn't OEM (original equipment manufacturer) they only sell generic.

Josh answered phone regarding a part on their website. He was pleasant enough and says they could order it. I sent photos and we compared and looked right so requested to pay via paypal. Meanwhile I checked their ratings and found numerous sites where they're rated 1 star. I asked Josh about it and says this is under new ownership as of October. I ordered the part and received an email for a paypal invoice from Isaac Saghian, lareligions at gmail dot com. I called paypal and found out it was a private email. I asked if there was a business email for sales at macpalace dot com and was told there was. I called Josh and and asked about this and was told this is the owner's private email and they're not using a business email. I told him I'd like an invoice from a paypal business email account and was told he couldn't send me one. I told him my search on the above private party and email didn't come up with anything associated with Mac Palace and was uncomfortable ordering due to all the negative feedback. He said ok and will cancel order. Only reason I considered them is literally the part was not available anywhere, even direct from HP parts or their authorized sellers. That too is a red flag.

The Macpalce is a scam, they advertise the product wrong. I brought the product from them in June Order Date: 05/28/2018 Order ID: 47630 and the cost was $383.23 and they said once they will send the product they will refund the money and when the Logic Board 2.9 GHziMac 27 Late 2012 MD095LL MD096LL A1214 820-3298 was received and when installed it wasn't working and the soldering and the mother board was altered. they said it was original and it was tampered with. And I was advised to return the product and they would be restocking fee for the product which they sell damaged I returned the product back in 08/08/18 USP and 1Z7R8W710345124047 UPS tracking and picked up by GEVORGYAN on 08/24/2018 2:46 P.M. And I reached out and called and it been 2 months and no response or refund. And the sad part is that they are SCAMMING the customers this is not the way it should they should be closed for the INTEGRITY that they offering and the IMPACT it's having on the customer. I need 383.23 REFUNDED they should be closed down!! I spoke to Josh and no response or reply to emails! Even my credit card company tried to reach them and I have to prove to them about the horrible experience, they haven't even responded to their calls. And no idea its part of their scam. I have all the necessary email conversation and bills and their BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN SINCE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!

the resolution I seeking is a REFUND of money and then there is no INTEGRITY in the BUSINESS and this is a SCAM! I am disappointed at myself that I didn't REFER to BBN before I made the purchase. Please feel to reach out to me and I will provide to proof of communication and email. There is no INTEGRITY!

Bad bad bad. Ordered an MXM GPU, arrived defective. Coordinated a return with them, and sent the card back. It's been a month and a half, no refund. Called them, they at first said they were processing a replacement, which I cleared with them, that we had discussed a refund, not a replacement. The person on the phone then pretended to not hear me then hung up. Now they have both the card and my money.

Made the mistake of buying with a debit card and now need to wait 3-4 months for my bank to resolve this dispute!

Very mad, but was at least able to repair my old card with a service based out of Greece (if you're in need of a GPU repair, check them out on the popular site that has that "Buy It Now" option). Now to wait for my $240 refund....

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I am spanking myself for not reading the reviews first. They are horrible and lack integrity. One star on virtually all reviews and the BBB gave them a bad rating, too.

1) I ordered a LCD Replacement Glass for my Apple27" display.

2) They shipped it with a note that it was chipped....damaged goods. They lied when they told me that it was damaged in shipping. it was not. I have proof that t was shipped damaged with the note.

3) I told them that it damaged and to get it replaced. They wanted a 35% restocking fee and would not pay for the return shipping.

Again...DO NOT BUY anything from them.
