I must advise against doing business with this company. I assume you have better things to do with your time.

Most of my letters were lost. Was told many times there were no letters then later collecting the letter which had a much earlier arrival date than what they told me. A month difference!!
Staff is very rude and have no customer service manners. Only one male customer service person is good and does his job well. The rest are bad and gone worse over the years
For that reason after many years I have to quit their "service".
I do not recommend!

I was randomly collect my letters by another company using London Office doing all the work. Taz one of the staff physically attacked me and I had to report the police. I just started use the PO Box service and this is an awful jackpot of they messing up ID checking process. Delay and lost letters reviews are all over the internet. Overprice, Unethical and forget about customer service.

Rubbish company! Please save yourself from endless headaches and don't use them!

Really angry with this company, they lie and tell you they have a number of virtual offices around London. In reality I paid well over the odds for something I could have bought direct from another company that actually own the address. I hold them responsible too (they are British Monomarks) as they knowingly let this rip off merchant on a crap industrial estate in Wimbledon over charge for reselling use of their address - it's an absolute disgrace, my post was lost and weeks late when it arrived - avoid at all costs unless you like being ripped off and throwing money down the drain.
