Ordered a baby carrier in a sale. Went with next day delivery. Unfortunately they were busy the next working day (probably a rush from the sale), deeply apologised and refunded the delivery charge. Great communication of the issue, good service and perfect resolution for me.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but i have to acknowledge the amazing customer service i experienced when shopping with little trekkers. I bought some hunter wellington boots for my daughter and Kayleigh was super quick and incredibly helpful dealing with my query via email. The item came next day with no issues and im very happy with my product!

Ordered a two piece waterproof set for my little one. Not only did i get 10% off as a welcome, i was emailed straight away with a thank you and a contact email address. Just recieved and have been updated about my delivery throughout. Excellent quality kit too! Thank you

amazing company quick dispatch, i bought my son some meindl boots they exceeded expectations, i never had any communication with the company direct so i cant comment on communication, but overall, ordered quick dispatch and arrived couple days later. will be using little trekkers again

When you are attempting to get some advice on the best way to spend up to £120 on a kid’s hiking backpack, and there is no answer to the phone number provided, you know customer service will be atrocious if anything goes wrong post sale.

The phone rings, and then just cuts off…every time you try. Well folks, how to lose business from someone who wanted to be a customer. Nice one. Guess what? You probably lose business to Amazon multiple times every day. The one way you can differentiate is through answering the phone and adding value. Or not. It’s your business.

I ordered a fleece suit almost a month ago for my son and have yet to receive it. I contacted customer service because I received an email saying the item was shipped. That was weeks ago. They told me they would check and I still have not heard back. Will not be ordering from this site again.

Love nothing more than supporting independent business's and I really love this store: the brands are always top quality and they offer incredible discounts in the sales. The customer services is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble on product queries. Thank you Littletrekkers

Ordered Hunter wellies for my daughter. They arrived in an unacceptable condition. I contacted Customer Services straight away and they were absolutely fantastic. A replacement pair have been sent and I have returned the faulty pair. Very easy process with friendly, professional staff. I will be happy to shop here again. Thank you.

Good quality item delivered in good time but mixed customer service on returning the item. No refund received 2 months after returning the item. This was processed quickly on emailing courier tracking info & delivery confirmation. Customer service were responsive to phone & email but information provided was inconsistent & email content was rude at times.

Bought my little one a backpack with reins for Christmas. Arrived promptly and great communication and updates from seller.

Bought a pair of Cotswold Duckington boots in January and one of the lace metal hooks snapped off. Contacted Little Trekkers about the problem and as they didn't have any in stock they contact the manufacturer and a replacement pair of boots arrived within two weeks.
Little Trekkers kept me informed throughout the experience. Excellent customer service, great company to deal with. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality products. I bought a snow suit, jacket, winter kit and various bits and bobs to get us through a very cold Winter in Scotland! I couldn't speak more highly of the service. A replacement size was despatched immediately and help and support has been second to none. Highly recommend.

A great company specialising in kids outdoor kit. My questions were answered very quickly (a sizing query) and the shoes were dispatched very quickly. I’ve used them in the past too and they’ve always been first class.

Little Trekkers lost my loyalty customer today. I ordered 3 pairs of snow boots and a hat and paid £3.95 to ship the total order. Unfortunately, the boots didn't run true to size with one brand (too sizes too big) and I needed to return, as no exchange service available. (Luckily the smallest size fit my oldest child. the hat ran two sizes too small and was sold out. I could not exchange, so I had to buy the correct size and pay an additional £3.95 to ship new correct size plus pay £4.49 to return 1 pr of boots and a hat which is more than the delivery cost. There are plenty of competitor sites who do not do this, offere exchanges and wave delivery costs when product is incorrectly advised on size.
No waiting on a refund. Poor LT customer service, charging of shipping/ returns/ exchanges and online communication on sizes/ products was not good enough. I will no longer buy from this website.

Best customer service! Sorted out a fault with my sons boots super fast!

Disappointed. The shipping of the product was almost £4.00, I got the sizing wrong and had to pay other £4.00 to return the item. I wrote to them and wrote back to me unkindly.
They have returned the value of the product but wasted £8 and a good amount of time.
