Cabinets are well made and robust…
Cabinets are well made and robust ,doors , drawer fronts ,end panels and all accessories are well made , delivery was on time and the costumer service was excellent. The person I was dealing with is a credit to the company . Thank you.

This would be a 4/5 for the actual cabinets however I'm still awaiting one unit that I was told would be delivered on 24th August as it had failed quality control [reassuring that they check], however on enquiring when my unit would arrive they thought it had been delivered as part as the main delivery.
I'm still waiting to see what happens next but such a fundamental error about inventory/ a customer's order does make you wonder how that could happen!
I'm optimistic this will be resolved but I'm still waiting for a response.
I will say Jan [I think] was extremely helpful when i spoke to her before my units were made, and up until yesterday I would have said communications were good.
Again the units are lovely and well made, this 3 is for the overall experience

Good quality product , would use again
Ordered some replacement doors and other components for our kitchen.
Quality was very good, however delivery was very patchy but Jan in the office very helpful and done her best to make sure we had everything we had ordered

Very poor customer service
Larks and Larks do not deserve the high score they get here. Whilst the quality is good, they are expensive and customer service is among the worst I’ve come across.
I bought some deep custom drawer base units which they charged me £485 for (each). They arrived with standard shallow drawers. We verbally discussed the drawers with them (some months earlier when designing the kitchen) before placing the order and were expecting deep drawers for the deep units at that price. Even so, I offered to pay the difference for the deeper drawers. They initially ignored me and much later after several chases they wanted to charge me full price for replacements. I asked to speak to a manager but that never happened. I asked for a refund, they refused.
They never offered to fix this or compromise in any way. In fact they seem to use the opportunity of something going wrong to make more money out of you. Having subsequently read other reviews online, there seems to be a pattern of behavior where they ignore, delay, refuse refunds and fob you off if there are any issues. I feel ripped off and am now stuck with very expensive units which do not meet the requirements.
They also tried to charge me £275 for a 5 mile delivery of the kitchen units. I rented a van and paid someone at less than half the price in the end.
Not worth paying the higher prices.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding the service you received. I can see there was a slight delay in getting back to you; however, we would never ignore any of our customers.
As previously discussed over the phone, you were advised that there was not a manager available at the time to speak with you and we have also been in contact with yourself regarding a resolution and offered replacement drawers at a reduced cost, with the delivery fee removed. Unfortunately, this offer was refused.
We would also like to clarify that the £275 charge mentioned would only have applied if the optional two-man delivery service had been selected by yourself during the checkout process.
We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your experience, as this is never our intention. We are still more than happy to work with you to try and resolve this issue.

All round Excellent
Wanted some replacement doors for our kitchen. Was very happy with the wide range available and pricing. Ordered a few samples, which helped us choose.
Ended up ordering a set of doors, a couple of wall cabinets, together with replacement hinges and some plinth.
The delivery time was reasonable and was delivered by two helpful guys.
Very impressed with the quality and finish of the products. Well worth the price.
Our kitchen has been transformed.
Customer service is excellent too.

Your design service is an absolute disgrace and totally non-existant, you expect your customers to do absolutely everything, where did you get these reviews from, I can't believe they are real reviews. You don't deserve anyone's business ! I have found a kitchen company a lot more professionally run than yours. Take note , buck up your ideas, or you won't have a business in 10 years
