The optical drive of my LENOVO laptop gave up the ghost. I searched the Internet for the part number and found it at LappyParts. The spare arrived a few days later. Installing was just plug & play. No issues at all since it was exactly the same FRU. My laptop works again for a very reaonable price.

Ordered a new charger for an old laptop - dog had chewed the cable of the old one - & was pleasantly surprised that LappyParts had one. Ordered it late on a Thursday night, delivered to me at my office first thing the following Monday. New charger is working & my ancient old laptop is up & running again - very slowly but running again.
Ordered a Laptop processor T3200 (Pentium Dual Core) to replace a lower spec T1600 (Celeron Dual Core), soon as it came I popped it in. Basically had no problems with the processor itself and laptop itself is running more smoother now.
Anyway overall the processor itself came next day and was well packaged. So overall no problems and would use again, if and when I need computer parts.

FlatTVParts.co.uk is our sister site, and we use the same boxes as we are based in the same building and are the same company. The bubble should have been new anti-static bubble with reused bubble outside the new stuff to add extra packaging.

I live in South Africa and off the beaten track (postage wise) in South Africa as well.
After being quoted R5244 (about £400) in my own country from the agent for the same motherboard, I found LappyParts.co.uk to be selling the same montherboard for £74.68 delivered to my far away country.
I ordered at 5pm my time (3pm their time) and the motherboard was shipped the same day! Thats great!
The postage took a while (only got it 17 days later) due to national strikes on postage on our country.
I only had to pay for clearance which was R15 (£1) when on my other purchases it is normally about R220 (£15).
It took me a 45 minutes to open up the laptop and install the motherboard and once completed and plugged in, and press power with my eyes closed.
15 seconds later I opened my eyes and viola, Windows logon staring at me, my password was the same.
I logged in.
Absolutely NO "New Device" or "Device not recognised" messages. Device manager reported no warnings or errors, indicating it to be exactly the same as the original part, no tricks from refurbishing.

I've had trouble on ebay, so was put off ordering a charger from an ebay supplier. I didn't want a generic charger, I wanted a genuine original. So I ordered online from LappyParts.
I got £2.50 off my order as a welcome bonus, paid using PayPal and my order was despatched the same day. I ordered just before the cut off time at 16:57!
