All OK except the price on most imported equipment where the markup over - say - US retail prices can be as much as 70 pct. Many times its better to order in the States and ship to Europe, pay shipping and VAT and you still get a 20 pc saving. Amazed KMR gets away with it....

Competitive speedy good communication

The wrong product was initially sent due to a warehouse mistake. KMR Audio acknowledged the error promptly and are currently working with me to resolve the situation. I will update this review once the case is fully resolved.

Seeing some reviews about this company, I was initially skeptical and assumed they might be fabricated. However, my own experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I bought a Cranborne ADAT unit that turned out to be faulty, and their customer service was outstanding—swiftly resolving the issue, leaving me completely satisfied. Although you can purchase equipment from any online retailer, the true quality of a company reveals itself when dealing with issues. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely superb customer service from Stefan and the guys at KMR. Extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Had a very minor hiccup with an order which was dealt with within minutes. My very competitively priced gear arrived the following day, even when the order went in mid afternoon. Cannot fault whole experience. Will definitely be buying from KMR again.

They've expanded their range recently and it's great. Gives us the opportunity to combine different type of gear in a single order, especially when they run promotions.
They also know how to handle international sales, which is not always a given, have good communication skills and have friendly staff at events :).
