Contracted a solicitor, 14 day timeline for rectification of all faults prior to court proceedings
Returned from break to find old bathroom suite in middle of living room carpet.
No dust sheets or covering used anywhere in my home.
Ongoing problems for the full length of the guarantee, which was worthless as refusal to rectify the serious faults.
Have now given the company 14 days on advice from my solicitor and have taken photos of all poor workmanship before ,during and after completion due to the ongoing issues.
They blamed fitter called lee ,however failed to fully rectify all of the problems they blamed him for.
They were made aware from day of ordering the complete bathroom that my partner is not in best of health yet failed to rectify the faults lee left .
Looking forward solicitor advice is to rip out the entire bathroom and have a new installation by a company who do care about customers and care about quality of installation .
Will update review after my day in court unless rectified before 14 day deadline as advised in writing to the company.

Big kitchen warehouse fittet
Took 8 weeks from ordering. Units was OK but fitter called Pete was a joke, damaged doors and worktops, rushed job, can't even cut end panels straight. When asked to finish jobs off started getting awkward slamming things down, became uneasy to work with. Avoid this fitter at all cost's, having to get other in to put things right

Terrible experience
Beware! New owner since 2013 reviews on this site. We used old company and they were great. Used new owner/company in 2017 and it was a nightmare. Same product - good. Pre-sales service ok. Removal of old kitchen and installation of electrics - we are still traumatised. Left with a black hole for 3 weeks! Design of kitchen has faults e.g. tap only just reaches the sink! After sales support - awful.

No one picks up the phone. Incorrect order dispatched.
Ordered 3 x filters.
Only one turned up, with no explanation.
Been trying to get through for a week now on the phone but no one ever picks up.
Really disappointed as price was good, and we would have ordered regularly.

Easy Process, Great Price
Pleased with the service I got from The K&B Warehouse. Ordered a Franke sink, purely based on the price they offered. Was delivered once I'd agreed a date with the delivery company - didn't know this was going to be the procedure, but a nice way of doing it.

Nice company to deal with
Ordered a kitchen tap from them. Arrived a few days later but was faulty. An email was sent and James promptly answered and promised a replacement during the same week. This arrived as he'd promised. The best way to judge a company is by how they deal with any issues and in this instance it was dealt with in a manner that did not inconvenience me. Almost forgot, excellent price!
