Bought a rucksack as a Xmas gift for my husband. After 6-8 uses the draw string section started ripping away very badly. Tried a number of times to contact them for a refund as goods were absolutely not fit for purpose, but all they do is ignore you. You get no replies, no service, no consideration & no refund.
Don't be foolish. Avoid this company & buy elsewhere from REPUTABLE traders.
I ordered and paid for a kids art set but did not receive it. The total including postage was just under £13, my money went into their account within 3 days and 3 weeks later I had nothing to show for it. I emailed three times but got no response at all not even an acknowledgement of my concerns, then I read similar reviews to this one and realised I probably wouldn't get a response. There is no phone number available to call them.
Thankfully I had paid through PayPal so I put in a claim, I immediately raised it to a dispute and after another 2 weeks I got my money back thanks to the efforts of PayPal.
I don't trust iosss.com at all; I do not recommend anyone use them and I will in future always use PayPal / credit card when shopping online to at least have some cover when things do wrong like this.
Please do not order anything from this company I ordered 6 candles emailed them three times nobody has got back to me can't get a telephone number and my goods haven't arrive and I don't have my money back
I was pleased with the purchase - the price was very reasonable, the product well received. Service was very good - fast delivery, clear instructions and information. Two issues arose: I found the wholesale website first which is no longer operative, and made my decision to buy in the first place on false information. Secondly, a small number of the 100 items bought were damaged beyond repair (two, I think). Overall I was pleased.
Good stop, nicely weighted, leather strap seem's durable, only issue is i don't yet have carpet/ilaminate so it sit's about 8mm lower than it should. All the door's in my house currently are heavily sprung and the stop can't take the full preasure of the springs so they wont stay compleatly open but majoritivly. Good perchace overal.
I ordered 5 heavy weight door stoppers and paid 6 weeks ago. They sent confirmation to acknowledge payment and said that my purchase had been dispatched. More than six weeks later and I still have no products. I have filled in their proforma requesting an update and have received NO feedback or update.
They are quick to take your money but appalling at customer service and I question whether they exist. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PRODUCTS PLEASE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
i bought a flask from them it was faulty. wont reply to phone calls emails. totally useless i sent item back they received it special delivery i have the tracking proof still no money back.. dont use them they are awful.
Ordered a windbreak from iosss, happy with item as it was the quality i expected for the price. Was pleasantly surprised with the seady delivery as it came within a couple of days of ordering. Would buy from them again.

They have a good range of products with good prices that wont break the bank.
i ordered the item on Saturday it was dispatched on Monday and arrived here Tuesday.
Only issue is i have had to down grade as i ordered an umbrella and a week later already broken. the pastic on it has torn and come away from the spike not safe.
