I am currently staying in Alsancak with my friend. We have just this last hour had food. Her husband went to order and found that Burger 1 on the menu was 500TL and no other included fries, drink. All in all for 2 burgers, 1 fries, 2 drinks, 1 ice cream came to 2,000TL. Absolutely scandalous !!!! 3 of us in a restaurant, full meal each, and drinks was only 3,000 TL. Will not be returning !!! In shock. £40 for a burger each and shared fries. What has happened to the meal deals as in UK ???

I been to many restaurants of the hungry horse and the ship in Barry south wales was the most disgusting food we ever tasted my partner and myself had curry, my partners tasted like it had Disinfectant in it I feel the meals were just cheap microwaves food.

Tried the 2 for 1 breakfast deal today, the meal was nice and hot, it was very nice, we were served by Glen ( fairly new member of staff) he was very pleasant, meal delivered to table by Junior who was his usual cheery self, highly recommend. Well done Hungry Horse Heald Green. 👏👏👏

Absolutely abysmal.
Order placed at 16.47, delivery confirmed for 17.50, at 18.20 I emailed the app, no response.
I rang the Hungry House to ask where the delivery was, staff member passed call to owner who said the order was “just about to go out”, I explained that I didn’t want it, 35 minutes later and wanted a refund, she couldn’t grasp this and seemed to think an order 35 minutes late was acceptable, I told her again I wanted it refunded and I did not want the order, she shouted “it’s a Saturday night” and went into some waffle about how she isn’t paid by the app for two weeks, she then slammed the phone down, charming.
irrelevant information re her payment from an app to a waiting customer who has paid. Do yourselves a favour and AVOID!

The staff are fantastic the manger is always on the ball he don't miss anything the food which was breakfast was fantastic absolutely perfect we come in here every week sometimes more that that I have party her too

Me and my boyfriend went for a meal at the Hungry Horse in Thetford. We both order the mix it up meals. I got the chicken strips with coleslaw, onion rings and sweet chilli sauce. My boyfriend got gammon steaks with chips, corn on the cob and and BBQ sauce. My chicken strips and coleslaw was lovely. However, my onion rings were cold and I found a hair in the coleslaw. My boyfriend also found a hair on his gammon steak and the corn on the cub was very mushy. Just to add as well, the week before I went there with my dad and I paid extra for the naan bread and it was solid as a rock and cracked like a crisp. It was very bad. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and I’ve never had any problems until recently.

Arrived at the old Windsor hungry horse. Place empty found out why once we ordered.
Firstly asked for the allergy document as child allergic to milk. Told don’t have one look online would but no internet available. Ordered starters Childs veg sticks comes out placed on table at which point told oh we have no hummus is that ok. Surly you know this when we ordered. Asked to speak to manager advised we had a milk allergy and guess what 2 mins later we have a allergy document funny as was told not available by bar staff. Offered a complimentary drink and got that wrong. Mains came out roast beef and the steak where tough. Worst meal ever would not recommend and 2 staff working.

Went to wheatsheaf in tankerton for dinner restaurant was ok but the bar was noisy my wife had steak which was delicious I had steak pie the crust was like cement but the wine was good at £5 a bottle nice big garden would I go again no I don’t think so as it needs a good refurbishment

Excellent service. Was served by Ian who was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely give him 5 Star. The reason I have 4 is that the burger on the combo meals was disgusting but everything else was nice

The Super Mare - Weston-super-Mare.
The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Our table requirements were met and for a party of 7 we had plenty of room.
We ordered childrens meals, a huge burger and several steak meals.
Our fussy children ate theirs without issue. Cooked perfectly and hot and the children enjoyed them. The Quadzilla ordered by my eldest was again well presented and fully enjoyed.
The adults were treated to Steak sizzlers that looked and tasted fantastic. Individually cooked as per requirements.
The steaks which often never arrive as required were once again cooked to perfection and were by no means dry.or underdone.
With an excellent meal like this deserts were a must. We were once again treated to excellent service and well prepared food.

My friend and I called into this pub in chilwell after we had a walk along the canal. As it was on a Saturday there was an offer on so we decided to try the Mix it up. It was really lovely. The food was hot and tasty and the service was excellent too. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them too.
