I ordered 4 hats all together. One before the Christmas season. I liked it so much even though I received it with incomplete. I ordered 3 more. The owner knew I was ordering a hat for myself and some for gifts. I accedently ordered the same size for all the hats. When I talked to the owner the admitted to seeing the mistake and proceeded to make the hats knowing that they couldn’t be refunded or resized. I get all hats that are supposed to be the same size. And only one is actually the size the other two are 1/4” and a 1/2” smaller than they are supposed to be. They are very nice looking. Nice material. But the sizes are off. And there are no half sizes and an inch is big size to be on your head. So if you measure tour head at 22-5/8” then you think I’ll get a 23” no think again you need a 24”. Because the sizes can be up to half an inch smaller.

I was looking for a high quality santa hat instead of the low quality products sold in toy stores and supermarkets. Hohohats.com has the product and I was not disappointed when I got it. The shop deliveres on time, at a very cheap price - so 5 stars from me.
I would have prefered not to use paypal, which is the only option, but its not a big problem. I am happy to find a US shop that actually deliveres to Europa - many US stores should learn from this!
