I ordered a phone from Hitari 1. March this year. I immediately got an email telling me the phone was packed and on its way - no need to say that the money for the phone was also immediately withdrawn from my bank account.
A bit more than a week went by without any phone turning up on my doorstep and I contacted the company, who told me that the phone had actually not been shipped yet but was about to be shipped VERY soon - they could not give an exact date but …
Two weeks passes and after my next inquiry, I am told that the order has been dispatched and a tracking will be emailed to me… soon…neither phone nor tracking number turns up… Three weeks passes, another inquiry from me and the company claims the order was not tracked anyway …in spite of the intention expressed in their previous email.
I express my disbelief and tell Hitari that I want to cancel the order. Week four … a tracking number is sent to me with first tracking date after the date I cancelled the order. Too bad for me the company says, it is up to me to pay for shipping the phone back to them to get a cancellation of the order. The shipping will need to be first class and tracked.
SO ALL IN ALL A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. MORE THAN 1 MONTH SHIPPING TIME AND A LOT OF TIME SPENT TO GET THE COMPANY TO SHIP THE ORDER AT ALL.

I ordered a game from them about one and half months ago. Never received and got no refund. Tried to contact them by email a few times but was ignored. Had to forcefully get cashback from my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Last year I ordered a pair of wireless sports earphones from this company. They stopped working within a few weeks, so I returned them for repair or replacement. I gave Hitari reasonable time to do this before contacting them again and being given the runaround for several weeks. I then rejected the product and asked for a refund. It is 10 months later and I am still waiting. Hitari claim never to have received the product and, with hindsight, I perhaps should have sent them recorded delivery. However, I think that Hitari should have refunded me as a gesture of goodwill as I was initially given the impression that they had received them before being told they needed to "find them" and then that they had no record of ever having received them. Got sick of chasing them in the end and would never have any dealings with them ever again.

Excellent product, delivery was quick and the website was easy to use, I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a video game (special edition), they were very helpful when I contacted them regarding it and were also very fast upon getting it to me in its pristine condition. They have some very good deals and I would definitely order from them again in the future. Thank you Hitari!

Never ever use this unprofessional site. They don't even know what a tracking id. As soon as you get a bit critical they just go silent. I ordered a headset to be delivered express 3 days later and I've not received anything and when I asked for a track id and transporter they said DPD and gave me a id that doesn't work at all. And now their service mail just won't answer. Just don't use this site it's not worth it.
