Spent £50 on a jigsaw house , changed my mind and took it back the next day.. woman who works there .. said we don't do refunds and pointed to a tiny sign, she was so rude I asked. for a credit. note , she glared and threw it at me, so rude .. BEWARE CUSTOMERS NO REFUNDS.. ITS A JOKE... BEWARE BEWARE CUSTOMERS

I ordered for the first time on the 23rd of May on the website. At checkout Shop popped up and completed the rest of the steps. It happened in the blink of an eye. The next thing I knew, the order had been placed except my street name was missing from my address. I email customer service to tell them this. I ask them to amend my address to include the street name. I receive 2 emails on the 26th to say my items have been posted to me. I email them again as I'm panicking. No response. On the 28th, I send a message via their website to tell them I'm not happy no one has responded to either email. I receive a response on the 29th saying they'd emailed me the night before. I never received this (they attach it to the email) but also, this response just states that my flat number is on the address. I reply saying, I never said it wasn't. I also ask if they read my first email. I reiterate that my address is missing the STREET NAME. I'm so angry at this point. No only do they not respond to both my emails but the response they sent doesn't address my concerns so they clearly didn't bother reading my email. Then I'm told my email has been sent to the manager. The manager Diane says that she emailed me on the 26th (I never received this either!) And that my address has been changed to include the street name before my items were dispatched to me. I then receive my items later that morning, nope. Never happened. The address is still missing the street name on both envelopes but at least I still received them. I email Diane back to tell her this and attach photos as evidence. I ask for this to be fed back and to tell her how I'm unhappy with the service I've received. She doesn't respond. No apology given. Doesn't confirm that this will fed back to the relevant team/department/person. One of the cards I had bought was described as a "celebration" card. I thought it was generic. Could be used for a birthday. Turns out it's a sort of Valentines day card. Not happy as it's for a female friend and I'm not in a relationship so I don't need this card. Waste of my money. I'll never buy from Hallmark Cards again.

I’m giving this 4 stars overall. Delivery was quick and the cards themselves were great quality. However, I ordered two cards and they arrived in separate packaging, and one of them was missing its envelope. This meant I had to go out and buy an envelope big enough to fit it, which made the purchase more expensive than expected.

Aside from that issue, I was happy with the product, but it would be good if envelopes were always included as expected.

My card was delivered to an unknown address (postman's fault), but Hallmark sent a replacement card very quickly. Good customer service.

Pathetic. Ordered a Valentines card on Thursday 12th. Still no delivered yet on 17th. Tracking number doesn’t work and no contact given on website.
Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for multiple cards before Christmas and instead of receiving an anniversary card I needed before new year, I received a happy birthday dad card. I’ve since contacted Hallmark four times through email, twice on their website contact form where all I get is an automated email reply saying they’ll reply within 3 working days. It’s since been 3 weeks and no replies at all. Not sure what working days are to Hallmark UK! I also reached out on Instagram and Facebook, to which I got no response either.

I want to return my order, every email has been ignored!! Customer service is non existent!!

I have just tried to write on 3 of your Christmas cards. For a company that supposedly makes things to write on - why on earth are your cards made of what seems like plastic - it smears, it rubs off - what is wrong with you? Stop making cards that are impossible to write on - that is the whole point of a card. Other card manufacturers use paper - what are you using? using recycled plastic bottles?
I've wasted £10 on cards I've had to rip up and throw in the bin.

Just an update on my previous complaint. I have wrote to them 4 times now and still no reply or apology for missing card. I smell a rat here. Are they going out of business?? Be careful.

I placed a reasonably expensive order with Hallmark that was sent in three separate packages by Royal Mail 48 hour recorded delivery. I only received one of the packages. The other two show that Royal Mail were unable to attempt delivery (whatever that means). That was a week ago and there gas been no change in Royal Mail tracking since. Hallmark have ignored my emails but responded to a message sent via their website. They have failed to record a complaint, but have told me to take the matter up with Royal Mail. - Any business that regularly sends items by Royal Mail, will be fully aware that only the sender can initiate an enquiry with Royal Mail, when items go missing. The recipient has not paid Royal Mail and therefore the sender holds the contract. Hallmark have tried to make their problem mine! I am a reasonable sum of money out of pocket and it is unlikely that I will receive my items for Christmas.

DON'T BOTHER!!!. This company is a massive rip off. I paid over £5 for Christmas card for my husband that took 4 days to arrive despite paying for 1st class delivery and the card was tiny. It didn't even come with an envelope. I am disgusted and will certainly not use Hallmark again.

I ordered a card and as on their website they offer you various postage options. I paid for 48 hours yet my card wasn’t delivered in the time. I contacted the company with a response with Hallmark saying it’s not guaranteed. I have used other companies with much more reliable results. Go elsewhere if you want items delivered on time!!!

Apparently when you select and pay for a 48hr service, THIS COMPANY THINK THAT ITS acceptable that it takes 4 days, I wouldn’t recommend using them, they are and have the most unhelpful customer service!!!!!

They have a lovely selection for cards and its very easy to order. I bought a wedding card for my best friends wedding and it came the next day!

I wanted to order 3 cards for delivery to 3 different addresses but the web site couldn't handle that so I had to place 3 separate orders which made to offer free delivery on orders over £25 invalid. One card was delivered in a couple of days but the other 2 took over a week for no apparent reason. I contacted customer services multiple times about the delayed deliveries and didn't get a response. Will never use them again appaling web site and customer service.

Took over 4 days to arrive and their website says max 3 days . Missed my mother's birthday. I had a tracking message saying 2pm to 3pm ,it never arrived and came the day after. I emailed them but got a curt reply" it was within our timeframe"
