Bought glow sticks to keep for power cuts disappointed that only had few months date code on when info online says glow sticks have shelf life of four years

When planning for our recent wedding, we were originally going to have sparklers but then saw the glowsticks website. We initially purchased one and when we saw the size of it and how it was so easy to start it glowing and how long it lasted, we immediately ordered another 70 multicoloured. There had been a 10%discount voucher included with my first order which I forgot to use with the 2nd order, however I rang up and the guy agreed to refund 10% to my account, superb service and quick delivery. The glowsticks were an outstanding success when we turned off the lights, they lit up our marquee with our guests waving them for the last 6 sing-along songs.

What a fabulous company! I normally wouldn't place a last minute order but an opportunity for a special get together came up for my daughter and I wanted to get her and her friends a treat.

The quality of the items is really good, I ordered glow cups which are really robust and glowsticks and novelty necklaces.

The staff only returned to work yesterday (29 December) so I knew it was a long shot to get an order for today - but here I am on Trustpilot. It has arrived! I am so grateful to them and the wonderful service they provide. My daughter is absolutely thrilled and can't wait to share the items with her friends.

I bought this glowsticks hula hoop for my niece for Christmas, it didn't light up at all, contacted glowsticks, they picked up the phone straight away, no waiting at all, lady was lovely asked my name and address, apologised, and said she will send one out, arrived the very next day, and was on the phone only couple of mins, great customer service, great product and my niece is very happy, well done glowsticks company.

Excellent service! Royal mail misplaced my order and glowsticks.co.uk were quick to answer the phone, quick to follow-up on email and quick to provide a good outcome to my problem. Not many companies do that - so I recommend them highly!

I ordered this for my 3 year old grandson, who loves dinosaurs. Delivery was quick and he absolutely loves it, especially the lights. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the ones that I bought were rubbish. Only about three out of ten when broke give a reaction 🙁 . The ones that lit up were dim and ran out very quick, within an hour they started to fade.. I should have bought bigger ones. But I got what I paid for..

Excellent glow sticks which were used to highlight us swimming the sea.

Ordered pink, blue and green glow stick bracelets. Ended up with pink and two greens, no blues. Called the company Tuesday just gone and amended my order and apologised for the mistake. Sent out blue glow sticks and they arrived yesterday!!!
