10 star company. I purchased many items and they was excellent every time . Delivery was always on time and goods intact . Prices are more than reasonable .

Used their eBay shop. Item exactly as described and photographed. Fast delivery. Well Packaged. On that basis I'd trust them in future.

Would have given a 5*rating except for the way communicating the warranty side of the purchase is handled

I would recommend gear4music to everybody they exactly what they say they will, they keep you well informed of transit arrangements which worked extremely well, I have no complaints at all. The guitar case I ordered arrived the next day as promised and the quality was excellent.

I bought a laser from gear_4_djs, delivery was prompt and communication was regular and informative.

The product was delivered and tested by myself and then put away for a few weeks... tried it several weeks later and it failed to work, surprising as the product was a high quality unit... i contacted them and within hours was contacted back.

After a brief trouble shooting period i was offered a brand new replacement, and never once was made to feel that perhaps it was something i had done...,. I would like to thank gear 4 djs for providing such a fantastic and efficient service.

It is nice to be treated with respect as a customer by people who obviously care about the products they sell, and their reputation in selling those products.... i know it's difficult on-line to try and project an image, but gear 4 djs really does have a "family run" feel about it, they are proof that courtesy, patience and smooth communication can go an awful long way.

I would't hesitate to buy from them again.... to sum them up as a seller in three words?..., efficient , courteous and integrity.

I found (and started using) this company based on a very competitive price for a product (Bubble Fluid).

However, it was their service that has really impressed me.
Before ordering, I had a query so I emailed them. They responded almost immediately, with exactly the answer I needed! The order was then processed really quickly, and the product delivered very fast - faster even than advertised despite us being in a remote location.

Some time later, I had to approach them to see if they had a Product Safety Sheet. They emailed back within minutes with all the information I needed.

Next time I go back, it will be because of their great service. Really impressive, friendly & helpful folk.

They've got me hooked!

Bought a brand new lighting effect from these guys. It was delivered a day later than promised but thats no great problem. However I was surprised to find the box battered and ripped. On opening up the effect, there were clear scratch marks on the paintwork where the light had clearly been mounted and used. There were also small scratches elsewhere over the casing. I emailed Gear4DJs immediately. This is a copy and paste of the email:

"Just received this lighting effect and unpacked it to try out. Given that the unit was bought as brand new and unused, I am curious as to why the top of the unit has several scratches on it, and the holes in the hanging brackets have scuff marks around them where the unit has obviously been hung before?
Please could you explain why this would be the case?"

I then got this reply:

"Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have checked with our warehouse team and they have said that you ordered the last Cuboid that we had in stock (as the product line has now been discontinued) however when the box was opened and item was tested for QC purposes it was found to have a fault with one of the lenses. As a result the warehouse team opted to send you our demo model which was hung on our lighting rig rather than delaying the shipping of your order."


Personally I don't believe that they personally test every item for QC purposes, opening each box and trying the item before sending. If this was genuinely the case surely they could have let me know BEFORE sending the item?

The item does work and is not affected by this in anyway, but with so many outlets for this kind of kit, this is my first and last purchase from Gear4DJs

Hey, this place has provided me with excellent service through eBay and Direct :) Bought some crazy light bars and a DMX controller. Next day delivery (free of charge via a recognised courier) with text advice. Would love to go to Brighton and check out the showroom for inspiration! I'm crazy on lights and scanners... Well packaged too... Check them out :) credit where it's due, the company was recommended to me by a few successful clubs in the Brighton area...

I ordered a couple ADJ mega pars not relising they were on Pre order, Got a call from Ollie to explain as I needed them urgently Oli recommended another product. That was delivered the next day.

I have dealt with Gear4DJs via their retail outlet as well great advice and service there as well.

Not the cheapest but close the service is worth the extra couple of quid!!

Ordered 6 truss clamps, they arrived in less than 24 hours, customer service was excellent, replied to my messages in exeptional time, simply one of the easiest transactions ive had off a company for a long while...

Infact only thoman could possibly match there service, but prices are better here, so big thumbs up from me guys, and i will deffinatley be using you in the future....

i purchased a dj bank of 4 lights by chauvet very good lightweight does what it says on the tin! service was good as i ordered in the x mas rush only down side from chauvet was a very small power lead(kettle type) but hats off to gear 4 djs as they were the best price on the net every where else was 5 pounds more ! i will be using you again

Good experience with both my orders so far. Free delivery is always nice, and even better, the optional next day delivery is affordable and genuinely 'next day', helped by the fact that these guys seem to actually keep the things they sell in stock -- unlike some online merchants.

I had a few questions that where answered quickly and adequately. Overall a very good shopping experience.
