Very happy, James was friendly and happy to listen, he even called me to fully understand the history. He resolved my concerns despite the seller being difficult. Would i use Flubit again...yes i would now i know how efficient Flubit customer service is.

Never before have I changed a review but this time it was my error. I ordered a pendant from flubit and was concerned about the massive discount and was it the same as the one I had seen for double the price - YES IT WAS! They are a serious competitor to Amazon.
Now unfortunately my product didn’t arrive with a chain as advertised but this was the merchants fault. This was sorted and item returned at their cost.
The confusion with the refund occurred as I had purchased points and I am not the most technical person - I couldn’t even see the refund in my account.
Today I have received excellent customer service from these guys at Flubit trying to find my refund which had been processed I just couldn’t see it in my account. This is why I changed my review - they genuinely helped me when they didn’t need to.

Do not use this company! Did not receive my order and was told I would receive a refund but never did!!... no one has replied to my emails, this company should not be allowed to trade!!

I would give them a negative rating - goods not delivered and no response from them or merchant- telephones not answered and emails ignored - do not buy from them!

I was looking around for a hair trimming product and found one by Wahl that I liked. Flubit offered it at a competitive price of £74 - great! I added it to my basket and filled in all the usual details. I even read up about their rewards system. I did all that, then at the last hurdle of pressing the button to accept payment I was given a message that the site was under maintenance and I'd need to come back later. I did come back later; the next day, and I got the same message!

This would not have been so bad had I been able to make the purchase over the phone, but all I got was a lady reading off a message very quickly that included a few email addresses. She read them so fast that even when I recorded the message on my dictaphone I still could not make an sense of what the second email address was! So frustrating!

If you can't even take a sale then what point is there in existing?!

Might I also add that the 5* reviews for this company look like paid reviews. Very short and no real detail. Looks very suspect to me!

So I gave up on Flubit and went to 'Just My Look' and ordered it in less that 5 minutes and for £3 cheaper.

Good price, prompt delivery, wrong item

Customer service useless, telephone line is not answered, neither are emails

Support tickets are ignored
The only thing that works is acknowledgement (presumably automatic) and request for customer service review

Go figure

Amazing. Maxtra+ Filter Cartridges £31 using Flubit Points. Argos sell the same item for £58. No idea how they make money on the points system but a fantastic saving for the consumer. Will definitely be using again.

Just used Flubit for the first time the item was the cheapest I could find anywhere on the internet and to top it off I got 20% off by purchasing Flubit Points to the value.

After leaving a review through Trustpilot regarding my purchase and delivery (see review below) I did receive an email from Flubit, however this was not to let me know the status of my order or offer any help. Yes the parcel did arrive the next morning but had only been posted at 16.11 pm on the day I complained, so clearly had never been posted in the first place ! Had I not left the original review I would still be waiting for my parcel. I have chosen to reply through Trustpilot as the reply to my review does make it seem as if the order had been on its way which is not correct. I have to leave a one star rating as this is the first time using Flubit and the issues with lack of customer service and being able to get in touch with someone is far too stressful and time consuming.

What a rubbish company, marked as dispatched on the day of purchase , 5 days later tracking number shows: still awaiting receipt of your parcel-excuse me? So it wasn’t dispatched after all... no help over the phone, email, website help centre... nada. Got fed up and Cancelled the order .
