Tommy Es Recenzje 

Compré unos zapatos de Tommy Hilfiger en febrero 2026 y en abril 2026 ya estaban completamente destrozados. Una calidad totalmente inaceptable para una marca tan conocida y para el precio que pagué.

Inicié la devolución el 29/04. El paquete llegó a Barcelona el 04/05, pero Tommy Hilfiger sigue moviéndolo internamente hacia Países Bajos antes de procesar el reembolso. Mientras tanto, hoy ya es 12/05 y sigo sin zapatos y sin dinero.

No entiendo por qué hacen que el cliente envíe la devolución a España si igualmente terminan enviando la caja a otro país. Todo el proceso parece absurdamente lento e ineficiente. Honestamente, no tiene ningún sentido transportar este basura rota por toda Europa en lugar de simplemente devolver el dinero al cliente cuando el paquete ya fue recibido en España.

La atención al cliente solo responde con mensajes estándar y más plazos de espera. El cliente termina pagando no solo por un producto de mala calidad, sino también por semanas de estrés y molestias.

Sinceramente, me arrepiento completamente de esta compra.

Yo tenido un experiencia muy mal con la tienda de tommy echo la compra por internet y me equivoqué en el número del portal y volve a entrar en él mismo tiempo para cancelar el pedido antes que si pasa los 15 minutos y llame a servicio al cliente para contarle lo que paso me dijo no te preocupes tu pedido no se va a perder y ahora el pedido me salí como entregado y vuelto a llamar al servicio al cliente para ver qué está pasando con mi pedido me dijeron no te podemos ayudar en nada no se si es tienda de verdad o estafadores

Un desastre. Parece que es muy habitual que compres algo en esta tienda y envien el producto a una dirección equivocada.

Cuando al cabo de los dias, ves que no te llega el pedido y te pones en contacto con la tienda, te dicen que el envio se ha devuelto y que te devuelven el dinero en un plazo de 20 dias. Lo que es no es tolerable.

Luego miras en web de opiniones y descubres que es una práctica habitual de esta tienda y lees decenas de casos que les ha pasado exactamente lo mismo. Yo no les vuelvo a comprar más en la vida

I made an order for a bag on the spanish es.tommy.com
When i paid and received the confirmation i realized that the address for delivery was wrong.
I contacted the support team straight away, but i cant change the address. First i was told the order has been shipped, but that was not true, because i got a email telling me its delayed - but when you make an order, this cant be changed. I have had phone contact as well with customer service - and its the same answer. Any order done cant be changed.
Knowing online shopping solutions - this is VERY bad service!
Watch out !!!
And because Tommy is a big company - they really dont care, and will not help you.
My advice will be to shop in a store only - or buy from other online shops that has Tommy products - because they will give you service. (that is IF you really need a Tommy product ... ??)

had ordered many times from tommy, every time got the product with good quality, but shipping is not fast really!

I had a bad experience with Tommy but to be fair to the Facebook team, after posting a negative review on the page, their team contacted me very quickly and managed to get the situation resolved. You can always tell more about a company when things go wrong. I would have given 5 stars but I still don't rate the actual Tommy customer services team. Well done to the Facebook team though!!

købte en trøje i deres forretning i bruuns i århus. De klippede alle prismærkerne af uden at fortælle mig om det. Da jeg prøvede at bytte den fik jeg at vide at jeg ikke kunne da mærkerne manglede. de mener det er min egen fejl og står nu med en trøje til 1200kr jeg ikke gider have. sådan noget svineri! handler ALDRIG hos jer igen!

Meerder bestellingen geplaatst. Steeds op voorraad maar toch pas na 4 werkdagen in huis. Waarschijnlijk omdat het magazijn in een ander land is en de levertijd staat netjes aangegeven, maar toch moet het sneller kunnen.

Retouren worden netjes bevestigd. Terugbetaling kan je echter 30 dagen op wachten, zoals bij de meeste grote winkels (Bijenkorf enz.).
Kleinere shops storten gewoon binnen 2 dagen je geld terug.
Verder prima verpakt en via PostNL geleverd.
De website is erg goed.

plaatst een bestelling, betaald, lang wachten, vervolgens krijg je de bestelling nooit, na ontzettend veel moeite met klantenservice een deel van mijn geld terug gekregen...wacht nog steeds op het andere deel, maar klantenservice reageert niet meer op mijn emails.

Exellent service!!! No problems with return (size didn't fit). Good comunication via email. Prompt refund. Ordered same product just bigger size, few days and I got it! Love them!

I purchased a watch for my youngest kid from the Tommy Hilfinger website. The trouble was that the kid had chosen the watch from a catalogue – he had never tried it on and he was misguided by the sales assistant in a store when he was checking the size of the watch. It was absolutely clear when he got the watch that this was simply too big for him and we would have to return it to Hilfinger. It couldn’t be simpler. I used the same package it arrived in just adding the UBS-return label included in the box on the front and selected the right reason for returning on the return formula – no long explanation needed. Next step was to request a USB pick-up from USB home page. My kid got the watch Tuesday morning on the 13th. I requested the USB pick-up by 1 PM same day and today on the 15th PayPal and Tommy Hilfinger notified me that the money has been refunded. That was absolutely swift and fast!

Kan ikke sige andet... bestilte et par støvler mandag aften, onsdag middag fik jeg dem leveret. Vare sendes fragtfrit når der handles for over € 160 og returpakken - hvis de skulle have været sendt retur - er betalt...
