Just upgraded my camera to the excellent Canon EOS R5 MK2. As usual, I trusted my purchases to eGalaxy and as usual they didn't disappoint me. Good service and competitive prices for the camera, lenses, cooling fan, CFexpress type B cards and extra batteries. Good job!

I ordered a Fitbit watch on Friday 6th November and received it on Monday 9th so great service.
Unfortunately the Fitbit wasn’t working properly so after two weeks of trying to get it to work properly I asked eGalaxy to accept a return,
After a telephone call and some email correspondence they agreed that they would credit the Fitbit when they received it back. Based on that acceptance I ordered and paid for a replacement of a different make.
They received the Fitbit from me on Monday 30th November and processed my refund on 1st December.
EGalaxy have done everything they said they would and contacting them by phone and email has been quick and easy every time I have tried. I would definitely recommend this company.

Noticed that all the great reviews are Greek! This outfit is a total scam and what pisses me off is that it took me a long time to figure it out. No be a fool like me. They are crooks!

Jag beställde en Garmin golfklocka, jag fick besked om att den var slut och de undrade om jag ville ha en senare modell eller återbetalning. Jag valde återbetalning. Fick beskräftelse på cancellerad order men inga pengar. Webbsidan har ingen kontakt sida - den laddar inte. Tel.nr till callcenter säger sig inte ha med detta att göra. Märker också att info om trygghetsgaranti och kundtjänst inte är en länk utan bara en bild för att lura kunden.

ATTENTION, s'il a un jour été sérieux (ça je ne sais pas mais selon les avis, s'ils sont réels, ça semble être le cas), ce site ne l'est plus maintenant.
J'ai commandé il y a un mois un article à 89 euros, que je n'ai jamais reçu. Le téléphone indiqué sur le site sonne toujours occupé. J'ai envoyé un premier mail de réclamation auquel il m' a été répondu qu'il y avait eu un problème de paiement et que je devais refaire la commande (mais bien sûr !!) alors que le prélèvement sur mon compte avait été réalisé quasi immédiatement. Depuis plus de réponse à mes mails.....Ca sent le roussi...ABSTENEZ-VOUS DE COMMANDER SUR CE SITE.

I brought a Victorinox 1.3613 Camper Swiss Army Knife for £15.00, service and price was so good, that I ordered a second knife.

I bough a product off them and recieved no order confirmation. I thought that it was maybe just a mistake and ignored it. Around the time when my package was supposed to come, I emailed them asking if they could tell me the whereabouts of my order. Guess what? No reply. 4 Emails later still no reply. I tried the phone number but it did not exist. Still no reply after contacting them twice through the website. I did a little research and found many other customers had the same experience as me. I also found that the website was owned and based in Greece. I found this a little strange considering it us delivering products in the UK. It was then I realised that they were SCAMMERS! There was no way I was going to get a refund so I accepted it and put it behind me. What I hate is to think that my hard earned money is going to some scammer in Greece who doesn't have the courtesy to at leat reply to my emails!

J'ai commandé un casque le 26 Mars 2014. Jamais reçu. J'avais fait confiance aux avis vus sur internet qui étaient positifs. Après une relance on m'indique que mon paiement n'est pas passé et on me demande de renouveler ma commande....(hum), or mon compte a été immédiatement débité du montant du casque. D'ailleurs la société qui gère les transactions par carte bleue atteste que le paiement est bien passé. Les diverses relances qui ont suivi sont restées sans réponse. Le numéro indiqué ne répond pas, il sonne occupé.
Ils n'envoient pas d'accusé de réception de commande donc pas de numéro de commande et donc pas de preuve si ce n'est le mail de la société de transaction financière qui gère les transactions par carte bancaire...C'est une société grecque. 89 euros perdus. A fuir absolument.

So gut und schnell der Service beim Kauf ist, so schlecht ist er bei einer Reklamation. Ein Herstellungsfehler bei einem neu gekauften Funkgerät führ normalerweise aufgrund der Herstellergarantie zum Umtausch. Nich bei diesem Händler! Mehrere Anfragen beim Händler blieben unbeantwortet. Selbst durch PayPal Käuferschutz vorerst kein Einlenken vom Händler. Nur durch PayPal habe ich mein Geld wiederbekommen.

I ordered a GPS and I received it in less than 24 hours! Great packaging too. I will certainly suggest egalaxy to everyone!

Ordered online, got help over the phone, quick costumer services, seemed glad to answer any question (even technical ones), and got it delivered the next day, from Athens to Corfu... no complaints at all, really happy for my choice and for the perfect-priced deal.
