I got two items. The first item was a teenage mutant ninja turtle body suit and that product is absolutely amazing. I love the quality along with the price. It’s a beautiful item. The reason for the three stars is that I ordered two items. The second item was a simple tiger face mask however I never received the item and I attempted to reach out to customer support twice with no response. I really just want the face mask.

The Start Trek Original Series shirt was great. The only thing I would say is that the largest size will not fit any even slightly over-sized people.

Customer service help was great on the return although I kept the item for someone else anyway :)

Super! Fast, accurate, fair pricing.

Great service, but one of the masks was cracked... I glued it back together... the box they came in was dented so I figure it was the post person.

Delivery was amazingly fast, merchandise was well priced and they even provided a discount for first time shoppers. I will shop here again.

Shipping for my item was two and a half times the cost of the item. Used an online coupon for free shipping. They did not honor it. They did not give me a chance to review the order before pushing the button. Once I realised what happened I immediately called the company. This was within fifteen minutes of ordering. The company not only refused the shipping coupon but also told me that Once I placed an order, they could not cancel it. My opinion is that it was a terrible way to do business. I will never order from them again and I will advise everyone I know not to do business with this company.

This site is a scam. They charged me $300 in shipping a light foam figure. I double checked to make sure it wasn’t a mistake and the seller did not seem to care. I will never do business there again. Go to Spirit or anywhere else.

Item I ordered was way better than I expected! Very fair price for the quality, and much cheaper than other places online. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. Arrived in perfect condition. Very happy.

I order my red stick mask. I needed it before July 1. I got my package early and was so excited to have my mask for a masquerade party. I opened the box, much to my disappointment, I got the correct packing slip, but the order was a scary Michael Myers doll. I called right away. They told me they would send it our right away. Not, I get a notification that I will get it by end of day on July 1. I need it for the party by 5pm. If I don’t get it in time, there goes my mask for my costume for the party. But they cam thru in time. I had my mask for the party. Thank you for coming thru on time. Even though it was close.

I was pretty happy.
The costumes arrived quickly and were quite nice for the price. My only complaint is is there was no matching’leather’ on the back. It was only fabric.

If you have a butt it’s not gonna cover it! But it’s still cute
